I really didn't think my camera could take this. I don't have a tripod (I really need one ), and I was doing manual focus. I was afraid it would blur because I had to sit it on the arm of my chair to keep it still.

As it seems, quite some people liked my Grunge Texture No. 1. Now, here's the next one for you!

I didn't intend to photograph more grunge textures today. I went to the university campus to photograph spring flowers. Well, the photos of the flowers didn't turn out nice (I went there too late in the afternoon), but then I peeped into the still waterless ponds there and thought: these might be nice grunge textures too. Then I stepped into the basins and took photos. This is the first one. I've got some more, if you like this one. What do you think?

Coffe and Cocoa - Unrestricted

The funniest texture to make up to today! This involves surgical gauze, coffee, coffee powder, cocoa powder and hairspray to hold everything together I could use the hairdryer lest the powder flew everywhere, so I tried to dry it in a warm oven, which resulted in the burn marks you can see at the corners. Finally, had to let it dry for ages

Photographs of monoprints created by me. Monoprints are images created by spreading printing ink on a metal plate, and then printing from it. You can get interesting results by spattering with turps, thinning ink with cooking oil and layering translucent ink.

Seriously, this is me uploading bokeh textures - did you really expect them to be pretty? Oh no. Rough and scratchy - that's what I like. Oh yes.

Totally accidental - shooting 1 cm away from rain covered double glazing with flash and camera not on macro mode trying to get a nice picture of the birdbath and I get BOKEH. Without a DSLR. Score.
