Only, one thing baffled me. In the comic, Vader stabs her through the heart with his lightsaber, THEN cuts her hand off. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.... in MY mind, Vader would disarm her first by cutting off her sword-hand, THEN deliver the killing stroke.

Comics is crazy business.

Maybe I'll post the game art here soon, so everyone can see who I created then slaughtered.

This is the first time I tried to done everything on computer, I also experimented with going from total black and work lights into the panels. At the end, the pages printed a little too dark, basically it was my fault for not pay special attention to dark gain in printing. ]]>

This by far has got to be the most epic thing I've painted outside of massive dinosaur stampede orgies. I worked overnight finishing this up, running on two cans of coffee and the 3AM daze.

Raided tandy leather factory and snagged a bunch of supplies and leather hides to work with.. after picking the brains of the folks who worked there, it was time to get a'crackin..

leather is AWESOME.. Soooo doing more with this stuff after this project.

Anywhoo, the belts still in the wip phase.. stil got some more work to do on it (the photo is before i finished stitching it)


Butchery on the wrist dagger has begun.. though i'm still working on mechanism designs over here i'm at least working on getting it to look reasonably accurate, though its current state isn't shown here (kinda ghetto budgeted a bit with rubber bands and a spare bracer wad.

I'm going to try and get the belt done before Otakon , so if you swing by mah table, (on the Q block, look for My "darkness rising" piece, and the non gundam space stuff) I'll let you fondle it XD

Basically a built up GM unit by Anaheim Electronics for the Federation designed to test some of the hardware that would be in the GP project mobile suits (GP01 - etc). I was going for a Federation Zaku (it was captured) VS Powered GM, but as usual, the scene started getting too busy so I went back to simplicity.

I decided to put this together over the weekend as I had little time to start something "brand new". Anyway, I took the GM Kai unit and basically removed/upgraded the backpack, blew out the vent section of the chest and redid it. The crotch should actually be raised higher than it is, but I left it alone and extended it out a bit. The weapons holder in the rear is still intact, though the bazooka will probably not fit as the backpack would likely blow it away. The knees and calves are refitted with advanced shock absorbers so that the suit can effectively jump great distances. With the addition of the backpack it's also much faster than the stock GM alone.
The biggest mistake with the model here is that I modeled the backpack mesh "too low" against the body. The backpack should actually be raised about half a meter so that the cones are about in line with the upper waist and the top of the backpack should end above the visor on the head. I also made the blast cones a bit too large. But I'm a lazy ass and so it's imperfect for now.

The painting technique was quite different from my usual, with much more Airbrush used in the process. Also, when doing the background, I went for a looser look, only hinting details with visible brushstrokes instead of painting everything precisely.

This theme based on Longhorn, new operating system from Microsoft,which

I tried to do exellent looking theme with main features of Longhorn and Aston vers. 1.82 and useability ...

Here some features of this theme :

- Some new experiments with *.ank files, which u can see there.
- Mini top-panel (just bored of big buttons and done something very small)
- Longhorn styled wallpaper (made by me)
- Longhorn styled clock
- Absolutely new for me style in toolbars
- Used very cool icons by talanted author (with his permission, of coz)
- Skin for Rainlendar will be soon, but u can use skin from 'XP prime' theme
- Experiments with shadow in top panel plugin, which can be used for doing text inserted in button or beveled. Looks very cool and pretty!

I decided to do bottom placed taskbar, because of many errors with left placed taskbar in Aston
and i think that bottom taskbar more useful . It's your choice. If u want taskbar on left or have questions, plz send me a note on my homepage on DA or
write in comments, but not in e-mail plz , coz I have some troubles with my mail server

I made several little sketches of sho & kei with ink and bamboo pen, then used photoshop to put them together, then did some ink splatters and random swirrlies and text etc! some of the splatters are my own. but i also used brushes from [link] [link] & [link] and a photo of a flower from [link] to add color/texture.

i gave gackt an hyde wings xD haff fun searching throu to find the hidden chibi and lil gackt's wings an back x3!!!

finally completed this piece a couple days ago, yet was too busy to submit it.. went & refined the rocks as best as i could get them, added the spacecraft that was making its approach as well.

i'll be making smaller print sizes available via my website in a couple weeks, but sizes i cannot personally handle will be available through DA ^^ ]]>

*Another Edit* As a few have pointed out, I neglected to include in my description that I used the inside pamphlet from a DVD copy of Haibane Renmei as reference for this image. I did not like the hair, so I took it upon myself to smooth it out and I changed up the wings to better suit my ability. My apologies for not stating this initially and to those who enjoy a good, thoughtful anime (with beautiful art to boot) - pick up a copy of Haibane Renmei! ]]>
