Oh man, this took freakin' FOREVER. 4 full days of nonstop painting, good god I hope never to spend that much time on a single piece again >.<
That being said, I think this turned out really nice, I love Twi's face (I might upload some detail shots later if people want it) and somehow managed to make purples and greens work without being too cartoony.

And if you're curious as to why Twilight's not a horse like in the other pic, its cause she transforms into a unicorn to ease travel time, and she's not above giving old Beefspike a ride every so often.

Been such a long time since Beefspike, I hope you guys enjoy it

I was finally convinced to get into MLP by ~Nadda. XD Evidently her young son has claimed Twilight Sparkle as his girlfriend, which is the most darling thing imaginable! Except that I want Twilight Sparkle to be MY girlfriend, so I'm not sure where that leaves us. D8<

This illustration was me imagining Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash being a little grown up! They are ponies of Morning and Evening. They help out the switch from day to night whenever Princess Celestia gets tired or is busy.

No spoilers please ~~~ I haven't finished the series yet, but I will definitely manage to see it all! ^^

Shortly after becoming an alicorn, Twilight immediately set out to put her new power level to the test. After swapping the races of two of her friends with little effort, she began digging through a dusty old spellbook in the library. It was a pretty hot day outside, so finding a spell that 'cools ponies off' was all Twilight needed to read about it before giving it a shot. About 10 seconds later, this happened. Suddenly super-naked, the newly crowned Princess begins to realize how the prank spell actually 'cools ponies off'...

Another fantastic commission piece I did up for I had a lot of fun designing a 'more-naked-than-usual' Twily for this piece. It's a little hard coming up with all the parts usually covered by hair, but I think this looks somewhat true to how a completely bald pony might appear in the show. I could honestly see the staff making featherless wings kinda look like the little chicken beaters I gave her. The tail was interesting to guess at for length. Ultimately, I looked at how ponies control their tails in the show and decided a little longer length would probably be appropriate on the adults (using Snips and Snails' short, shaven tails from Ponyville Confidential as a starting reference).

Without getting too long winded, I'm really happy with how everything here turned out here. It's been another very fun pone project. More to come pretty darn soon, I'm sure. Until then, keep it classy, ponefriends.

This is a cover request/gift for Solitary Locust by the parasprite. Needless to say, I just love reading about changeling stories (and those that involves Twilight) and this one happens to be a really good one. Go check it out if you haven't already.

"After the changelings' failed invasion of Canterlot, Twilight tries to soothe some of Ponyville's rampant paranoia by casting a spell to prove there are no imposters hiding in the town. But her spell leaves her in an alien body, facing a mob of angry ponies who just don't believe her when she says she is Twilight Sparkle.

This was actually a design I had on my backburner from back during the spring semester...I sent my app into WeLoveFine to be part of the MFA and I sort of penciled some concepts for designs; this was one of them. (And for those curious, I never got an acception email OR a rejection, not sure what that means.)

I know, I know, as if there aren't enough Twilight w/Shining Armor pics out there. Does anyone NOT know the deal with these two by now? And if so...spoiler?

When I was a kid, I practically had no mind of my own: I just liked everything my older brother liked. He led me into Legos, Mighty Max, Transformers, Star Wars, Pokemon. I started going to Suzuki school to learn violin because he studied piano there. He sculpted my taste in music, literature, humor.

I know it was the sun festival and not Shining Armor that inspired Twilight to study and read, and maybe he's not meant to be bookish, but I had this idea for a pic and couldn't let it go. Also, do we even know what color Shining's magic is? I thought pale blue was a conservative guess. [EDIT:] WOOPS it's actually the same color as Twilight's. Fixed it. His mane also looked different as a colt, but oh well.

This time the theme is: Ancient Civilizations

Ok, fisrt: sorry for the big delay on the New Season ... I was bussy °3°u ... and was a bit difficult choose the theme XD ...

Well, this time I want to do something more original, so, for this Season, the challenge is to design something cool inspired on an ancient Civilization...
I did for Twilght a dress inspired on Atenea, the greek goodness of war, wisdom, justice, arts and strategy....
(remember that is inspired, doesn't mean that is a exact costume T__T) ....

I like to imagine that something along the lines of this happened after the Dragon Migration was over with.
Spike DID kinda spend his entire time there doing teenage dragon stuff rather than looking for the answers to the questions he had going into it, after all.

This is my first sappy comic, so I don't know how it turned out. I kept it black and white because I think my style of coloring is more suited to humor rather than seriousness. (Ha ha, yeah, that's it)
