A poster for Anathema starring Angela in her two forms. Despite her advanced age, Angela Christensen has not actually aged beyond childhood. She can turn into an adult to be better taken seriously, but how exhausting! Not to mention that such Child Vampires are offensive to others of her kind - really, ensuring you look like an adult before feeding is the "polite" thing to do.

Also...poor Angela. Usually the smartest mind in the room, but her only willing companions are a god-fearing housemaid-turned-vampire, a girl with a cat's brain, and a grade-school werewolf. How does she keep it together?

We've got a few more sweet-looking posters on the queue, and Volume 3 will be print-ready very soon. Looking forward to a lot of cool Anathema stuff this year!

90's game character designs are my favorite for the forced simplicity. So much reliance on headbands and varying giant shoulder pads, and yet I find even back-tier characters like AVALANCHE super recognizable!

Just a little bit of RE2-lovin'; it pops up every few years. <3 Wanted to draw Sherry wearing Claire's alternate-costume-jacket, instead of the vest (though I have nothing against Glorious Pink Vest).

Gotta get back to work so the background is a photoshopped RE2 street screencap; yes yes I'm a dirty cheater.

...Also what the hell color are Leon's eyes? (The answer: apparently every color ever)

...Yes I do, it was because I tried a stupidly hard coloring technique. And textures. And Patterns.

In any case, Rosa and Rydia, folks! I followed the new FF4 remake design for Rosa, but for Rydia I went off the usual, vague Amano art. [FUN FACT, 9/14]: The day after I finished this, the new design for Rydia was released. D'oh! Oh well, I enjoyed the challenge of making my own interpretation.

[INSPIRATION] I thought of `Artgerm when coloring this. I know my colors are more uh, out there, but the amount of detail he puts into work is crazy.

Vague-Semi-Spoilers: I enjoyed how she was sort of using him as a gun in the second to last comic chapter/recent anime episode. ...Though it wasn't quite like this.

Avatar fanart, woohoo! Because Zuko is totally a Man-With-No-Name character in "Zuko Alone," I thought of doing a crossover sort of picture using The Good, The Bad and The Ugly's movie poster. This is a late birthday present for AJRPG (his birthday was in...February). He's the one who showed me the movie and it was with him that this Zuko-Eastwoodness was first discussed, so voila!

A kind soul on LJ pointed out the correct Chinese translation of the movie title, which is 善恶丑. Thanks for your help! I left the original (and totally incorrect) characters beneath because unfortunately the real title doesn't fill space as well as the butchered, online-dictionary Chinese. I'm sorry for my ignorance!

善 - good
恶 - bad
丑 - ugly

[edit 2] Why Azula is "The Ugly" (or "The Bad")
[edit 3] A really cool note about the original movie poster explaining why those characters were ordered good-->ugly-->bad.

I'm really happy with how it turned out, the cold-color-scheme hair next to the warm-colored skin is my favorite aspect. Also, I still haven't even beaten this game. I think I got past the part where you defeat Luca Blight, but...well sheesh, I need to finish it!
