I used the house as a base, the rest is painted.

Edit: i replaced the file with another that has been cropped a bit to fit the aspect ratio rule, which i somehow missed.

After a couple of sketches in between, i thought these last two are definitely better than they would have been if i had used my old technique, although drawing non-wobbly lines with a tablet is a b*tch.
