The fable of the moon and the giraffe:

Does anyone wonder why the moon has a crescent form?
The giraffe can't sleep because the moonlight keeps her awake!
Every month, she starts eating the moon.
She can't make short work of it, otherwise she might choke...
So, she nibbles pieces, drinking from the clouds sometimes.
After 14 days, the sky is entirely black.
So, the giraffe takes a nap.

Does anyone know why the moon comes back?
Neither the giraffe nor I know why

Personne ne se demande pourquoi la lune a la forme d'un croissant ?
La girafe est génée par la lumiere de la lune, elle peut pas dormir !
Chaque mois, la girafe comme commence à manger la lune
Elle ne peut pas en faire une une seule bouchée,sinon elle s'ettoufferait...
Alors elle grignotte des petits morceaux, en buvant quelques nuages parfois,
Au bout de 14 jours, le ciel est totalement noir.
Alors la girafe peut dormir.

For heavyhearted girls only,

Attempt #1 : The heart alleviation

Overview:

Make two solid wings and stop the internal bleeding, if need be.
An adult need not be present.

Equipment:

1. Some sheets of paper or pieces of cardboard : A4 size .
2. An adhesive tape.
3. A pair of scissors.
4. A felt-tip pen (black or colored, as you wish).

Safety:

Scissors are sharp.. treat appropriately. Avoid doing the process if you are crying, the adhesive tape effect could be ineffective on contact with salt water.

How to proceed :

1. On the support, draw a rough wing of modest size (15x20 cm). If you have difficulties doing the form, search on Google Images with the keywords " wing heart " and print your favorite. It's not necessary to do the second wing for the moment.

2. Cut up the form and put the wing on the support. If you choose the cardboard, it will be easier but less aesthetic. Draw the outline to transfer the model. Take about ten sheets of paper (or 2 pieces of cardboard) and cut up to obtain a solid piece of paper. You need to reinforce with the adhesive tape.

3. Turn over the model and repeat the same process to get the second wing. Once you are done with it, fix the wings on your heavyheart with the adhesive tape. After 10-15 minutes, you will feel lighter.

4. It is possible your heart keep on bleeding. Don't worry about it, you can make repair patchs quickly using the adhesive tape as sticking plaster.

Daphne asked her way,
The plane came unhooked,

I wanted to draw something for the birthday of
She is really nice with me, she is so understanding and she is so old now ;3
and as you know, I wouldn't be able to write the fable of the giraffe without her.

So, as you can see, I tried another "style", not really different, but I tried "to suggest" instead of "to impose" my ideas. I don't know if you think it's a good choice, but I wanted to try, and I did it :]

The character on this drawing is Daphne. Two weeks ago I drew , the first drawing of the serie.

That's is the end of the Daphne's serie.
Happy End, isn't it ?
As for me I think it's an happy end.

The serie started with an illustration done for a music group called "The northstar is an airplane "
I created the character "Daphne" , who was supposed to be lost, and looking for the northstar.

----> 1) The end of the serie takes place during the sunrise, but the serie started in the night.
[link] Daphne was sat on a well, stared at the plane. Daphne asked her way, the plane came unhooked, and she left the well, then she have begun to follow it...

-----> 2) And, she followed the plane, running and running, traveling through the place.

-----> 3) [link] She came running up to here, up to the dead end, actually. The exit was close at hand, she tried to reach the gate, or the strange light, below...

When I was 17 ( 2002 ), my parents bought me some watercolours for my birthday.
I didn't know how use it but I took a big white sheet, and I did my first painting.
You are certainly wondering why I am speaking about it ( if your are able to traduce my english of course ^^ ).The painting represented an angel hung by some dark ties, in a jail, with a window in the blue background

The kanji say: honor, courage, justice, freedom...

I will try to find my old painting ( but this summer, I put my cupboard in order... i am wondering if... hum probably I will never find it ).

Finally I finished this drawing instead of the tutorial of save our souls, but I promise, be patient :]

Two frogs lived on a pond.
While one took advantage of the warm water,
The other worried about the daily heatwave.
-Don't you find this weak humidity quite strange ?
-I don't mind what the weather will be tomorrow,
As long as my eyes shine and my stomach is full.

Days passed as the air became more scorching,
Discussions became heated between them.
-How can you not be distressed?
It's dreadful ! We could become as dried as figs,
And I seem to be the only one concerned!
-You bore me, so stop thinking Mrs Meteo,
I couldn't care less if you keep on crying,
The water level won't lower with your tears.

Some weeks later, both died on the shore,
The one who sacrificed her happiness in vain reflections,
The other who preferred satisfaction to boring thoughts.
Calling into question what we could waste or lose,
We forget to take advantage of what we can enjoy.
Happy are those who don't think about it.

Deux grenouilles solitaires s'attardaient à la mare.
Tandis que l'une profitait de la tiédeur de l'eau,
L'autre s'inquiétait des fortes chaleurs de ces jours,
-Ne trouve donc tu pas étrange cette faible humidité ?
-Miss Météo, peu m'importe le temps qu'il fera demain,
tant que mes yeux brillent et que mon ventre est plein.

Les jours passaient et se faisaient plus caniculaires,
Le climat s'échauffa entre les deux commères.
-Comment peux tu être aussi peu préocupée,
Nous pourrions finir aussi séches que des figues,
Et je semble être la seule concernée par la question.
-Tu m'ennuies, tu penses trop et ne vis pas assez.
Il n'y a aucun risque si tu continues à pleurer,
le niveau de l'eau ne peut qu'augmenter.

Quelques semaines plus tard, toutes deux mourrurent.
L'une sacrifiant son bonheur pour de vaines reflexions,
L'autre ignorant les malheurs pour plus de satisfactions.
A trop douter de ce que l'on pourrait perdre ou gaspiller,
On oublie simplement de profiter de ce que l'on a.
Bien heureux ceux qui n'y pense pas.

Everything comes to an end.
When they get tired of the sky,
shooting stars fall on earth,
by a silent rain on the meadow,
unaware that here, life is annoying too,
oblivious of the luck to be admired by all, in the sky.

The whole day, cooped up in the tipi,
forbidden to do anything because Im too young,
I can't be of any use for the tribe.
Dreaming, I escape from my insignificant life,
And, oddly, the morning after, I am covered by dust and stars.
But no one knows my precious discoveries.
No one notices my worth and my pain.
No one knows stars are dying.

Stars fall, humans rise, and me I can only seek after...
a reason to smile, a motive to run, a way to choose...
looking for a place in a world.. on earth or in the sky.
This is the somnambulants instinct, fleeing the real world,
being in the limits, sleepwalking between dream and reality,
rising the night then falling the next day,
counting the fallen star, counting down the hours of insomnia.

The elephant led the group to the discovery of his land :

" Here we are, welcome to my african jungle,
You might be wondering, why these chains ?
We had to chain up the trees like this,
entire sections of jungle were immigrating,
to flee the humans who were teething.

We borrowed human chains to preserve,
the few trees remaining, our Own Eden.
Nowhere the life flourishes passionately.
Trees are tangled to form a giant net
which is our home : a Chaos of freedom. "

But Marlon knew the elephant was wrong about the jungle.
How could he live in a place where trees are disappearing ?
Actually, Marlon searched where he could set his roots,
he was afraid about the perspective to have a nomad life.
" Thank you, sincerely, but I don't come from a jungle... "
