Lol, i almost spat out cereal when I saw the popularity of this. XD Anyways, I edited it so that sasusaku in katakana was written properly. I always get katakana "sa" and hiragana "se" mixed up.

My entry for the GOW contest.

Tools: pencil + paper, Paint tool SAI
Time: 35+hours

GOW designers, Y U SO DETAILED? The weapon and armor alone took up so much time, I had to draw them over and over. I think this is the most time I've ever spent on a picture... the sad part is, I'm still not satisfied with it.

I'm really hoping to make semi-finals, my e-machine laptop (which is ancient, ANCIENT I tell you) is finally dying out on me. I can't even use photoshop without there being a phenomenal lag. *cry*

Originally, it was supposed to be Alex Brand because she is just so awesome. Alas, I don't know if she'll be in the third game, so I changed it up to this lovely lady, Sam Byrne. Also featured is a lovely Berserker.

I personally love Gears of War. My favorite part was in GOW2, when we were inside this huge worm that could eat whole cities. :]

This is a Fan art for Chasing the Sun by ~Loten. The song/piece Severus is playing is called 'Hallelujah", originally composed and performed by Leonard Cohen, but for this I had Rufus Wainwright's version in my mind (most of you might recognize it from Shrek.) It's a very lovely song.

I don't normally work with textures.. but I saw this on DD today, and I found it terribly beautiful.

It was a lot of fun playing around with textures and layering! In the spirit of Halloween, I drew a vampire. C: I particularly liked the vampires in the movie, "Interview with the Vampire." Oh, Antonio Banderas. (I should prolly read the book.... I -think- I have a friend that owns them.)

Pet Project

My two faves, and also a tributary piece to a fic I've been following by Caeria. It's called "Pet Project" (hence the title of this work) and has to be one of the most convincing fanfictions I've ever had the pleasure of reading.

Even if the pairing (SS/HG) was never one you'd find yourself considering, I'd still recommend it. The characterizations are superb and the plot is absolutely hooking.

Caeria delivers it with such believability and skill that I found myself wanting to make fanart. So here it is. :'D

Because along with being a faux Death Eater, Voldemort's right hand man, Order of Phoenix Member, Dumbledore's right hand man, Potions Master, The Half-Blood Prince, Slytherin Head of House, Master Occlumens and a highly skilled Dark Arts Wizard, Snape was also a glorified babysitter.

Somethings to note:
That's Snape's wand, and Hermione is waving her right hand like she would during his classes. (She does not in fact have three hands)

Wow... This one took a lot of my weekend, but I'm happy with how it turned out! It was great practice on the tablet, and I actually drew and fully colored the background separately.

The costumes were inspired from a manga costume artbook. I don't quite remember what the thing Sakura's holding is though. ._.; Something shrine priestesses use?

"that thing Sakura is holding is used by Shinto priestess. It is called Haraigushi. They wave it around for purification and to ward off evil spirits. The other type is made of folded papers and is called Heihaku. these are offerings"

There are no words to describe how much I adore this story.

Took some artistic liberties and put a certain shadow there. It is a simple piece, but I am highly likely to put out more... whenever I get free time to.
