A race of small, pixie-like warriors with a slightly evil-looking appearance and strange magic-crafted armor.

Went really nuts with the armor. The magic-based crafting means it doesn't need to make sense! But I also wanted to have a sense of symbolism, of the culture that made it. It's not very deep, but I tried. It's also rendered more anime-esque than many of the drawings that I've done for Palladium of recent, in an attempt to make it look more elfin, more alien.

Don't forget to pick up the book when you see me at a convention, or from Palladium Books [link]
And if you like this, check out my webcomic, Peter is the Wolf! [link]

Another in the My Literary Pony project, Richard Sharpe from Bernard Cornwell's [link] Sharpe's War series of novels. He's got the proper scar on his left cheek, but he'll probably end up with a sandy blonde mane like Sean Bean. Just can't go into those books without hearing that Yorkshire accent.

So yeah, huge fan of historical fiction. And Brit fic. Seems there's a lot of novels out now with a variety of... alterations to the Napoleonic Wars. I guess because nazi's with dragons would be too easy an alternate history to make.

EDIT: New, horrible pun. "O'er the Hills and O'er the Mane, through Flanders, Portugal and Spain..."

But it needed to be... different. Something to tie in with the purpose of the Bureau. The idea of a seven-winged eagle, reflecting the seven wings of a seraphim, was what stuck. Makes it fairly asymmetrical as well, in an interesting way.

The items that I'm still wobbling about to put in it's claws - Mjolnir, Thor's hammer. Zeus' lightning bolt, the Sword of St Michael, or the Scroll of Solomon.

If this goes over, TriTac may find a way to incorporate this into some merchandise, such as shirts, badges, (my main idea was some embroidered shoulder patches) or just more artwork for the game books.
