An example for my framed commission auctions, HERE. I wanted to see if I could fit more than just a face in these small frames. The art itself is 1.7" x 2.7" (4.4 cm x 6.8 cm). Some of the frames are even smaller than that, but I think I can at least do this much with them. :3 This is a combination of marker, colored pencils & gel pen.

A gift/trade to my friend, . She wanted something of her character with mine and also mentioned tea, which made me think of how nice it'd be if she could be here in the morning time, having tea with me in my house.

My living room walls really are that pink, especially when the sun shines on them in the evening when there's that nice pink hue outside :3 I fail at drawing geckos, but they're all over the place here and love sticking to the sliding glass windows. Right now, I have my 80's pony collection sitting where they are as well as the blue tongue skink, but other than that, it's a perfect replica of my living room corner And I wear glasses to draw and read, so yeah, guess Vera does, too. Not sure what they're reading, probably something awesome.

I made this girl as another species 3 years or so ago, and felt it proper to make her into my own species instead. Not many changes needed to be made. I thought she came out looking rather special... and Willora is overdue for a specific public figure. I created them to have a few special elders (about 8) to be sort-of like kings of Willora, so perhaps this girl is the daughter to one of them, making her a princess. Her 3 head horns are covered in fur and her tail expands to be 3 times longer, like most all Langurhali. She's part sugarglider, so she has thick wing membranes covered in fur.

Apparently the name Edia (ee DY ah) means "Adornment of God".

My e. posticus (orange head) cockroach girl, Ingrid, as she emerges as an adult from her nymph form. Orange head roaches, as other winged roaches, do not acquire wings until after their final ecdysis (molt). It is a misconception that there are albino cockroaches; this white stage that you may have seen is actually how they look for a few hours after molting. As their new exoskeleton hardens, their vibrant colors begin to show. Molting fascinates me; it's such a complicated, delicate procedure... the respiratory system is part of the exoskeleton, and so their tracheoles, muscular connections and other delicate organs are replenished with each molt.

I decided to take these again, only theyll be done by Christmas instead of Halloween (since I have so much on my plate as-is), but I think they have somewhat of a Christmas Carol feel, and can feature ghostly chains or a floating candle beside them, giving an orangey-yellow glow to one side of their ghostly faces. They could have holly in their hair, string lights around their neck, or other Christmas-y things :>

Just a repaint of something I drew in 2005, HERE: . The original was sketched with a pencil, then I used nothing but the smudge tool to smooth the hell out of it. I had been planning on repainting it for years, and finally decided to. There's a fancy coffee tasting tomorrow and I was asked to bring some of my art, and figured this would be a decent example of my realism attempts. :3

No, Effi's not luring Gerine in to eat her She's a nice boa who only eats goats raised on her farm and just wants to make friends! I figured it was time these two get a picture together, since they're my main 2 reptile characters and both albino. I think it'd look neat colored, so you may see that one day when I have less to do x3 I kinda regret making the background a forest rather than a jungle-type setting. Maybe I'll fix that if I ever color it x3

Amargasaurus Gerine

My albino iguana girl, Gerine with more amargasaurus-ish features. They're one of my favorite dinosaurs. I went with the skin sail look because I think it looks awesome even if it's unlikely they had them. I like to imagine them as being flexible, thick skin for absorbing sunlight. From hips-down, the two rows of spines connect into one row the rest of the way down her tail, which is very firm and stiff, capable of whipping the shit out of just about anything. I also imagine she's about 12 or so feet tall.

Gerine is a highly saturated version of the creamy-orangey phase of albino iguanas rather than the neon yellow. She also is meant to have more exaggerated features found mainly/exclusively in male iguanas... slightly enlarged temporal lobes ("brain bumps"), longer dewlap, bigger, more impressive jowls & subtympanic scale (big, circular cheek scale] and nuchal crest (fatty bump on the back of her head where long spikes begin), which goes all the way down her spine. Also, her spikes are keratinous and flexible at the base, more like an iguana's than an amargasaurus' bony spikes. I play with my iguana's spikes sometimes while I'm petting him; I wag them around by squeezing his nuchal crest. He tolerates it pretty well XD
