I knew the moment when I tried out my 50mm lens the first time. The first subjects I caught with it were Christmas balls.
Look at them:

This picture is much more colorful, since I learned so many new things in photography, and the first thing was handling color management, the right point of sharpness, composition and color temperatures.

I am proud of myself. 2012 was the year I learned the most. The bokeh is real.
But my project is not over yet. One week to go!!

This picture has been taken and uploaded today, because I have so many things to do the next days..

I still need to buy all Christmas presents, I am going to the disco the first time in my life, and hey.. The Armageddon is coming.

This one shows the color of my mood when I thought about creativity and what makes me unique.
I did not feel very good, and I had an exam I had to learn for. To sum it up: The whole week was pure stress, and today I woke up and thought: "You forgot your this-weeks."
Then I took my camera with me, went for a walk, and also took my analog camera with me (I already took 26 pictures, so 6 pictures to go still!).
I am quite confident with the result, and I feel great now, since I have caught my creativity in a net of happiness. At least I hope this feeling is not temporary, but permanent.

The last 4 weeks:} ]]> Aaaaah, so saturated and somehow not my usual style, but I wanted to make something with drops once again since my last week's-picture did not work the way I wanted it to be (there was no reflection).
I wanted to be more healthy, so I started a diet (and two days after starting it I got a flu), and as you can see here, I ate a tangerine today.

It was delicious!

I am proud of it. Today, when I came back home, I thought "hell.. you need a this-weeks! And it's raining outside!", so I took a syringe and placed some drops on an orchids leaf. This is what came out of the camera. I just made some adjustments like adding sharpness, etc.
I do like the picture, and I like this week, too. My friends and I celebrated halloween, and I decided to burn some fat..

I am very proud of this series, since I took all these pictures in one day, and the last one was indeed the last one I took this day. It's making me happy to see how beautiful (artificial) rain can be.

I kinda like it, because it represents my current mood very well. I am totally uninspired and also in a bad mood. It was a rainy day today, and so I decided to take this atmosphere as a leitmotif (never thought the English word is that similar to the German pendant "Leitmotiv").

Today I've been to a farm that has been transformed into a restaurant-zoo-thingie. I saw little pigs, big pigs (they are about 2m of length!

) cows, etc.
It was lovely

I really really wanted to do People photography lately, but I had no models, so I took pictures of myself.

It's not easy to take self-portraits, and I wish I was beautiful...

But taking selfies is fun and I will definitely continue it!
