Done with my favourite brushes - all a bit grungy and dirty. For the fur I used a sparkled dodge tool (strength100%) and combined sharp details with blurred areas which gives you that kind of realistic feeling.
For the armor I created an overlayed layer with ornamental texture ... Finally the whole piece ran through the sharpening filter --- et voilá! :3

My tribute to one of my favourite books: Pride & Prejudice by wonderful Jane Austen. ^_^

This girl is not meant to be Lizzy Bennett, it's just about the "idea" of Mr. Darcy and the story of them - a longing for such a great male character.
