Still, this was the only base for resupply to get him where he was intending to travel for charting potential resources further away from settled space. Before setting out Benjamin hired Kerrylguire simply because he was the scariest looking person available. Gladys, Benjamin's AI, vetted the hire and paid more attention to Kerrylguire's actual background and reputation before even presenting him as an option.

The trip out to Stanislaw’s Reach would take a week aboard Benjamin's ship, the Dancing Angel, before his duties even started. There was also an option to stay on longer if Benjamin wanted to hire Kerrylguire for his scouting trip as well. Things got off to a good start when Benjamin didn't insist on Kerrylguire wearing his armor while onboard and wasn't bothered by his appearance; Benjamin did insist he wear pant though. Kerrylguire was happy to wear his casual "silks". On an even more unexpected note, Kerrylguire noticed he didn't need to use the sun room or lamps while travelling with Benjamin.

As it turned out the trip to The Reach was one of the few times that Benjamin's paranoia about being attacked was justified as he was targeted by a group of kidnappers as soon as he arrived. Benjamin didn't even know about the almost-ambush until after he returned to his ship and was contacted by authorities. Kerrylguire had sussed out the would be kidnappers and their weaponry before they even broke cover, looked up their open bounties, and quietly reported their presence to the authorities. He was sensitive enough to Benjamin's obvious concerns to not say anything to him; merely delaying and changing his route until after the police had found the criminals.

Needless to say, Benjamin was extremely happy with this result. Not knowing about it until afterwards was especially appreciated.

During their months long charting mission Benjamin designed a portable generator which radiated the ambient energy of a type found naturally in the Givantheuan home system. It could be fitted to his armor as well as used separately to avoid the need for exposure to sunlight. These are all at least 1-3 years old. Numbered in the order I did them (the lower the number = the older it is). Have about 4 or 5 even newer ones, which I'll post later. STILL intend to do the book though.

It makes more sense to me that demons are beautiful rather than ugly. And I don't mean the beautiful that becomes ugly when they're about to attack or something.

Evil is known for manipulating, right? And a majority of humans would believe a beautiful face over an ugly one. So why the hell would they be ugly? And it makes no sense that a demon would TURN into a frightening image just before they kill. Scaring someone isn't "evil". I think a demon would find more joy in fucking someone up mentally, so far to the point that when their victim sees beautiful things, that person can no longer enjoy it. Because the beautiful demon did such horrible things to them.

My drive is never going to make me give up.

Edit: My watches; DA, CGHUB, FA, blogs....And all my other art community watches. ALL them talented mofos (well..more like 90%) influence me. Which is why I watch their ass.

There are too many influential people, things, and etc., which influences my imagination and artistic abilities. Existence is really the only word I know which encompasses them all.

The placement of them both will be a reality...someday.

Great fun since all they gave was half a paragraph of a description.

The explanation I gave was that this is what children see when they look at the house. While adults see a regular cottage.

I also had to make a user interface concept to go along with this. My idea was a tree, with the menu options as branches. No branches was in the direction of the cottage, since the witch was so evil, the tree didn't want to grow anything towards her cottage.
