Usually one arm props the dummy up while the other is controlling it from inside, but for this picture I liked the balance both arms crossing created. JOKERFACE must be in "idle" mode... for now...

I really feel there are a lot of connections to make in this mix.

Usually I write a little fused bio for these mixes but this time I want to comment more on the drawing itself. But first, thanks to everyone who participated in the poll for deciding on Joker's mix. After doing the previous five mixes, I came to Joker... and being the super villain he is I didn't want to just mix him up with any one, so I'm glad I had you all to ask for that! Although there were some really cool ones that could've been done, I want to respect the top choice, so here it is. Just for anyone's curiousity, my own pick would be an option I thought up of: Scarface+Joker, and Harley as the Ventriloquist. Not making any promises, but I can always do that one as well if I have time.

MAN, this was tough! Mentally the fusion is so straight forward, but that was also what made it a challenge... It felt like there was less to play with from their similar body type, attire, and all that green... but in the end I went with more Joker purple, and allowed Riddler motifs to work into that. I hope you all enjoy this! I stayed up late working on it just for you guys- haha. ]]>

Victor Cobblepot was always off-putting because of his strange appearance and harsh demeanor. He spend most of his life down in lab basements doing research on cryo-weaponry, with a fascination of birds as his side hobby (despite being called a "penguin" during childhood). At the company he worked he met the second woman to not care about his appearance, the first being his late mother. Nora could even overlook his strange collection of umbrellas, which to him were symbols of his mother's love who had always tried her best to shield him not only from the harsh weather where they lived, but also the seering eyes of the people around them.

Nora eventually became attracted to Victor because of his great mind, a mind which others higher up in the company would never acknowledge. After the two of them wed, she became ill, and Victor used the company's resources (without permission) to put her in cryo-stasis while he worked on a cure. In a scuffle between the company head and himself, Victor was accidentally shot with one of the cryo-weapons, and was left in a pool of chemicles which forced him to rely on sub-zero temperatures to survive.

Fashioning his umbrellas, his icon of love and protection, into freeze gun tipped weapons, he sought out to kill the company head, but was thwarted by Batman. In a fight between the two, Nora's capsule was broken, and Freeze Penguin vowed for revenge against Batman. ]]>

The drug was developed to counter act the virus he has which is slowly transforming him. At the same time, his strength is dramatically increased as a side effect... not so bad of a side effect except that now he must rely on the drug or else suffer extreme weakness and further transformation into his cold-blooded like form. ]]>

When relations with the mob were getting bad, he got into an "accident" which disfigured half his body, ruining his acting career. Desperate to regain his fame he turned to an untested cosmetic substance to try and rebuild his image, but only ended up becoming a monster.

Not only did his body undergo a horrific change, his mind also became split. Half of him believed he was the heroic lawyer he played on tv, and the other half stayed as a revenge seeking victim.
