A Nappy or Diaper cake (whichever name you like more)

It's a three layer cake.
Made out of 144 diapers all rolled up, around that are a few hypo-allergenic fabric diapers and a ribbon.
After that it's just putting in gifts etc.

She thought that the girl looked like an 80's Duran Duran album cover and she kinda right.

Always loved Duran Duran's music.....made my teen years a lot better

Her name is Rio and she dances on the sand.
Just like that river twisting through a dusty land.
And when she shines she really shows you all she can
Oh Rio Rio dance across the Rio Grande.
