Got tired with this one. Kind of rushed it. Anatomy just went to hell, among other things -__-; I think I'll have an art pause now.

This is supposed to be Teishen's military armor.

In my 'headcanon's' story timeline she retired from military and is carrying out the function of a colony Magistrate on Vessala

Was messing around with armor ideas. This was meant to be kind of a light 'prothean-ninja-armor' lol. Used artbook concepts for refs. Fun :3

In the story timeline (my 'headcanon') he's the commander of Vessala's garrison and Teishen's second in command.

Some of these are obviously not part of Teishen’s original story – as she DOES NOT appear in the Mass Effect games timeline. But the lulz demanded so.. I regret nothing lol.

Prothean headcanon: Prothean Empire is an oligarchy. Having no single leader but 'The Imperial Assembly' - a few dozens of leaders (aka Voices) that rule over the galaxy.

Vitari, Teishen's mother, is one of them. She happens to be a huge troll as well.

The joy of parents coming for a visit, right?

_{The Prothean Empire at its prime.

The three ladies are OCs of mine - Areen [ʌɾɪ:n], Nyu [nijʊ] and Teishen [tʰejʃən] of Vessala colonies. Mass Effect 'verse cca 50k years ago.

The Prothean (Teishen) is a colony 'magistrate'. The other alien (Areen), of 'subservient' race native to the colony, is her assistant / servant and a good friend (believe it or not) ...and the kid (Nyu) is a curious little bugger.

Might look all sunshine and bunnies.. but the story surrounding these characters is getting darker and darker. You know... politics, rebelling races aaaaaand eventually Reapers. Plotbunnies are trolling me : |

_{Tiger Sharks - hybrids/anthros, combination of human and shark DNA (cuz I can lol)...been messing with the idea lately (yep that's how I study for my state exams...sigh)

So here's a sketch and some info for the illustration of the species.

Female (left) & Male (right)

Can be distinguished by the length of their 'hair' (which are actually prolonged stripes of their skin/scales)

Females have thicker skin - hence the short hair. (evolutionary enhancement in sharks due to their sometimes violent mating habits (males tend to bite...)

Because of mammalian genes females are usually the same size or a bit smaller than males unlike their shark counterpart (where females are bigger).

Their size also depends on age (not as much as in sharks but still) - young female is considerably smaller than much older male

Even though they reproduce similarly to mammals females do not have mammaries. Their offsprings are able to eat solid food from their birth

Females tend to group together and segregate from males. Rarely, there are mixed groups (females do tolerate males if they 'behave'). Males are usually loners, sometimes make packs of several individuals.

They are very intelligent even though they live in more primitive (animal-like) way.

They are not able to speak due to atrophied vocal cords. Though they are able to make other sounds if air is present in their lungs (yes they have both gills and (reduced)lungs).

Among themselves they can communicate through electric impulses similarly to electric fish

Fenrir is Cerberus' prototype ... they are very alike in appearance and abilities. He had been stolen though when still in 'development' and his genetic code was used to create the other two ~ Hati and Skoll.

They're called 'The Wolves' or the 'Wolf pack'. If you dont understand why google their names. : )
