So, as some of you may know, Ive been planning on doing a reprint of my old webcomic, Acid Monday, since Im out of books from the first run and I still get emails from people asking for books! AND. haha oh godIm making a new side story featuring Ren an Larxt because I hate myself and like to make the internet reap the spoils of my self loathing.

Im getting close to being done with the new story, which will be 28-30 pages depending on how the last bit wraps up. Ill be doing an Indiegogo fundraiser to raise funds for the printing, and Ill be releasing a 10 page preview online during said fundraiser. I wont be releasing the whole thing online because I need some incentive to raise money and its extremely NSFW and Im embarrassed that it exists. BUT. As well as the sparkly new physical copy ($15), Ill be offering a pdf only version of the book w/ the extras (the extra from the first run will be included as well - $5), so that people who bought the book previously or people who dont want a physical copy can still get the secret dicks (I know thats what you want shut up).

AND NOW I need to figure out the logistics of this thing, including setting a fundraiser goal which requires getting printer quotes and estimating how many books Ill need/how many people will donate. SO. If you could be kind enough to please vote in the poll Ive posted a link to below, Ill be able to move forward to the next step of this process.

Pavian's Blood: Brewer's Throne

This is Laurent from my really stupid comic brainchild Pavian's Blood. It's nowhere near comic ready, but I like drawing this fucker anyways. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Here's a rough synopsis: Pavains Blood is a brewery known for its old-world hops and eccentric, plaid-loving owner, Laurent. Osmund Oz is just grateful when hes hired as a cashier, albeit a little perplexed by Laurents strange familiarity with him. However, he soon learns that Laurent is in fact a powerful warlock and the brewery and its owner are magnets for supernatural chaos. Moreover, in one past life, Oz had been a knight that swore devotion to the warlock over 700 years ago.

Basically its a gay supernatural fantasy with hipster knights HAHAH ITS REALLY DUMB BUT I KIND OF LOVE IT?

Also, the name Pavians Blood is from the fourth act in MacBeth with the witches: Cool it with a baboons blood, then the charm is firm and good. Pavian is latin for baboon. IM FUNNY YEP.

GHOST Relaunch

As you may have heard, GHOST! is being relaunched! I KNOW I KNOWrelaunching a webcomic is the most cliched and annoying thing to do, but it has been sitting around for too long and has grown a filmy layer of animu art and bad scripting. So, Im giving the comic a fresh start that improves everything from the style to the story to the UPDATE SCHEDULE. Once I have this ready to go, Ill be keeping a weekly update schedule (possibly more in the future!!). AND you wont have to ever suffer these months of no comics because I AM DONE WITH ART SCHOOL 4EVER THANK GOD.

So, heres a sneak peak of what the relaunch will look like! Thank you all for being so patient!!

Ahaha I am so behind on updating here~sorry! (I update more on my tumblr) I've been working on freelance/secret stuff and I just got a new job and I'm moving AND Anime Detour is this weekend. So uhh I'm busy! But have a totoro~ I was gonna do a print for all of my favorite Ghibli films but only managed to get this one done (barely oops). I will probably do them later though!

This comic is NOT dead, btw. I was busy with school and Im having a crisis with my style, as you may have noticed. BUT Ive just graduated, so once I figure out where Im going to be living and my work situation, there WILL be a regulated UPDATE SCHEDULE. Aaaand thats it! Thank you for reading Vixen and I hope youve enjoyed it! Ive really enjoyed doing this comic, and the feedback from all you lovely readers has been tremendous. ;u;

And, I know there were quite a few confused comments, so if you dont get it, dont fret! I wrote this story to be subtle and a little derailing. It might take you two or three times of reading before you get there. If youre interested in getting the full expose, Ill be including a short essay revealing the themes and subtexts of Vixen in the printed version, which you can still preorder!

This was inspired by this dress and the fact that I danced classical ballet for five years. Some of the themes in Vixen are actually quite closely connected to my experience as a dancer.
