Naruto series fan comic. Preview, first 50 something pages. 155 pages in total. Book available for purchase at anime conventions.

The story is about one of Rock Lee's team's mission right before the chuunin exam.

This manga is read like a traditional Japan comic, from right top to left bottom. In case you are wondering why I wrote it up like that even though it's in English, that's because I am a Chinese who grew up on reading, writing and drawing comic from the right.
Thank you to Andrew, Cindy, Cherry and Cheryl for editing my English.

You DO NOT have to had read Naruto to understand this doujinshi. This is a complete stand alone story. You don't to be a fan and you don't even have to have any knowledge of Naruto once so ever to understand this story. I always ask several people to test read it, and none of them had trouble understanding it (1 of them doesn't often read comic, the other is a 50+ mom. Questions were asked to make sure they understood the story). Just ignore the fact that it's a "fan comic" if you've never heard of any of the series.

This is a shounen style manga. First half works as a characters introduction and abit of a comedy, everything changes later on.
No pairing, yaoi or anything of that sort involved. Standard shounen manga violence and killing are involved.

Every single person who had no knowledge of said series could understand my fan comics perfectly. Even my friend who's a slow thinker and also my aunt who's in her 50s did not get confused AT ALL. The only person who got confused while reading my HxH fan comic is the only person who ignored my words and firmly believed that he has to have knowledge of said series. For some reason he thought he's smart enough to figure out what characters I picked to use by reading a 100 pages stand alone doujinshi when he has absolutely no knowledge of HxH at all(and I even told him most of the characters are my original characters to begin with) and that he focused on this impossible task of picking out non original characters instead of reading what's already provided for him in my book.(why did he have to ignore or not trust the words of the creator of the doujinshi and attempt to do something that's totally impossible instead I do not know).

I've never thought I have to type such a long explanation on how you do not need to have knowledge of Naruto and go as far as showing my displease when people ignore my words on something I created especially when they know absolutely nothing about, but apparently, for some people it's just not enough by simply telling them :"Please read as a new series. It's a stand alone story and at least half of the the characters are my original characters even though this is a doujinshi."

While I am not a fan of the series "Naruto", I do think it has some interesting characters and alot of them are very likable. (though the author is not really capable in using them, which wasted alot of the very good settings that he came up with.)

Kakashi is one of them. (and obviously Lee of course.)

I would've liked this picture more if it doesn't look that much like the Hiei picture that I did.
After I finished this picture, I was like :" mmmm...looks so familar ...where have I seen this before.......................? F***!! Looks just like my Hiei picture!.... sigh....."

Normally I do not upload my chibis here, but I find this one hilarious because they are not cute at all.
They all look like they are on crack or something.
And I think Mion(top left) looks the funniest out of all.

Higurashi no Naku Koro - a quite popular anime that is actually good.
The drawing style held me back from watching it at first, and now I am glad I checked it out.

Final fantasy 6 fanart.
Characters : Locke, Terra (Tina) in Esper form, Celes
Tool : Painter and photoshop

Game play wise, I probably liked 5 the best. 7 comes in second. Characters on the other hand, would be FF4 and 6.
My bro and I used to play games in Japanese, without knowing a single word and we just guess the commands because there was no translation back then, so we pretty much focus 100% on the game play instead.

I've always wanted to draw a fanart of Locke(I am looking into cosplaying as him), and I finally did. I've been holding back because I admire Yoshitaka Amano so much that, I kind of feel like I am dirtying his work by drawing it, lol

Ack, now that I look at the picture again, I see that it needs lots of touching up.

Anyway, hope you like. Any comments or critiques are welcome.

As I've mentioned, I have trouble drawing characters that I truely like(WIth the exception of L) , Lee is no different. I've given up on a couple of Lee fan art because I don't like the way they came out(And I didn't like the Lee on turtle one because it looks too much like the original mangaka's style, though not bad drawn).

I really like this boxing idea, I think it suits him well.

Chrono trigger + Dragonball + Dr. slump crossover doujinshi.

Chrono trigger's characters and setting weren't changed.
But I changed many settings in DB and Dr.slump , so please read it as they are new characters but only with the same name, face, and personality.

Oh, and, I made a typo on "Lavas", it's supposed to be "Lavos" instead. It's already been fixed(I am just too lazy to fix the previews as well ) so the prints won't have this error.

I didn't want to draw her like a slut, and she's not the type of character that would do flying kick and stuff, so I ended up lifting her leg a little.

I did not put in too much effort on the artwork, so you will probably notice there's a big difference between this doujinshi and "Star of Destiny(comic I am drawing for a person)".

Oh and before you think the slashes on his face looks familar(similar to Naruto's), he did not get them from Naruto, as this character was created before Naruto started.
Now that I think about it, I don't remember why I put those slashes on his face in the first place.

Before you scream and say :" OMG!!! YAOI!! GAY AND SEXUAL!!" , I have to clarify that this is not yaoi , this is not intended to be yaoi and it doesn't contain any sexual content. I am not against yaoi but I personally won't do it to characters that I like or care about.
I can understand why people would view it as shounen ai/BL(romance relationship), but please do not say "it contains sexual content." ^_^"

Now why is L nude.. You normally won't put cloths on specimens(plants, animal) unless you want to show the culture , and I think L's plain white T-shirt and jeans don't look very good in this picture.

I went over to my cousin's house yesterday, there were 3 of us , and we had this conversation.
One of the cousin brought up this picture as a topic, and she said :"I don't get why people can see it as sexual yaoi, I mean, everything is so dark." Cousin 2 replied:" Maybe people mistaken it as bondage." Cousin 1 immediately replied, loudly :"WITH SKULLS???"

I mean.. it doesn't even make sense if you look and think abit deeper.. why would L have such a lifeless expression if something is screwing him? Why would L be at such a high position and that he's covered up with skulls if Light's purpose is to hang L there to have sex with him? Or do you seriously think a skull is inside's his butt or a skull is sucking his thing?
And look at the setting, it should be dark way more than sexual.

In order for this picture to "contain" sexual content, L and Light will have to be doing something "sexual", which they aren't, or that you should be able to obviously tell a skull is sucking L's xxx or screwing him, which there is no sign of... The picture just doesn't "contain" these things. You will have to have a dirty mind to begin with if that's all you can think of.

While I can understand why people can see BxB/Boy's love/romance relationship in this picture, saying that this picture "contains" sexual content is pretty silly and is totally false in my opinion.
If you are going to say this picture contains sexual content, or it could be seen that way, please point out how and where the sexual activity is going on in this picture. If you can't point it out, please don't say that it does.

Why did I type all these up? Because an Anime North staff once told me that this "contains" -sexual- yaoiness and I need to cover up L's chest and legs before I can display the art.
Yes, cover a guy's chest and legs *scratches head*. If covering the private part is not enough, covering his chest and legs won't change the content either, why not just ask me to take the whole thing down if she really thinks the content is so bad that she think covering the private part is not good enough?(which I did take the whole thing down because I thought covering the chest and legs is pretty silly and will make it look worse than it is, I mean.. look [link] What are you going to think after seeing it? Probably would think that L's dripping down there and that he's probably wearing nipple rings or something, right?) It really doesn't make sense.
If she said the setting's disturbing, I would accept, but pointing at the art and say "it contains sexual yaoiness" as a reason and that the guy's chest and legs should be covered, sorry, seems like none sense to me. (Especially when you see tons of half naked male cosplayer walking around.)

Now, before you think I am over reacting, let me put it this way. Let say, a writer who's against racist wrote a story that involves races, but it contains nothing that's racist, and someone came by, read his stuff, putting words and twisting the meaning of the story and say :"You are a racist. Your stuff is banned."
How do you think the writer will feel? Probably feel pretty offended, no?

I was so happy that someone actually got the message behind it the moment she looked at it. ^^

Once again, I understand why people can see the 'homoerotic' /shounen ai/BL(though I had no intention of that) thus that's not what I am concerned with, it's that when people think this picture contains "sexual content" that I am concerned with.

Hisoka from Hunter x hunter , my favorite character. Not only is he my fav character in HxH, but he's alos the character I like the most out of all manga/anime.

With that said, this is the only formal Hisoka fanart that I've ever done. I've made lots of attempt on drawing a formal Hisoka fanart but everytime I either throw away the paper or delete the file.
I have trouble drawing characters that I like, I worry too much and usually too picky with the way they come out. (The only exception is L.. for some reason. I like him alot but don't have that much trouble drawing him, unlike any other characters that I like.)
