Metrofy Project (Modern ui/win8/etc)

A joint effort to metrofy icons in Windows 8.

This is the start to bring metro/modern ui to the icons of Windows 8, that's why I started by making this first pack of icons ( I will release it when more icons are added )

So I invite everyone to join this project.

Miscellaneous

Un esfuerzo conjunto para metroficar los iconos en Windows 8.

Este es el comienzo de traer metro / modern ui a los iconos de Windows 8, es por eso que empecé a hacer este primer pack de iconos ( los subire aqui cuando se añadan más iconos)

Así que invito a todos a unirse a este proyecto. Tenemos que reemplazar por lo menos los iconos de la cinta para la primera versión del pack.

Así que si alguien está interesado, háganmelo saber

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
- You need the Windows 7 Boot Updater [link]
- Start the exe as administrator
-Click 'File' and 'Load boot skin...'. Than select the bs7 you've downloaded and click 'Apply'.

-If you've mod your bootscreen before, please restore your backup file and/or uninstall the previous bootscreen before applying

In case you get stuck forever in Windows Recovery Environment then you need to manually restore winload.exe. Here are the directions:

-Once you enter Windows Recovery Environment press "Cancel" right away (while it is still scanning)
-Click "Yes" on the warning that pops up
-Click "View advanced options for system recovery and support"
-Select your keyboard types and click "Next>"
-Select an account (not "HomeGroupUser$") and enter any necessary password and click "Ok"
-Click "Command Prompt" (the last option)
-Enter the following commands:

d:
cd \Windows\System32
del winload.exe
ren "winload - Backup.exe" winload.exe
cd \Windows\Boot\PCAT
del bootmgr
ren "bootmgr - Backup" bootmgr
exit

-Click "Restart"

Centenario del Reloj Monumental de Pachuca Hidalgo

Inaugurated 15th September, 1910, in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Mexican independence. Now its 100 years old, on the bicentennial of independence.

Por 100 años ha marcado el tiempo de propios y extraños, cada segundo de la vida de los pachuqueños ha estado reflejado en el tañir de sus campanas. Ahora el tiempo le corresponde, sus largas manecillas darán el tic-tac de su existencia, la que ha visto caer una dictadura y también ser testigo fiel de un sueño revolucionario.

El gigante de 40 metros ha sido espectador y partícipe de la historia a lo largo del tiempo. Construido para festejar el centenario de la Independencia, ahora el Reloj Monumental de Pachuca no sólo marca la hora, sino también su propia historia al cumplir sus primeros 100 años.

It was inaugurated on September 15th, 1910. It was constructed as homage to the first centennial of the Mexican Independence.

The tower shows a neoclassical style. Its four sides are identical and present arches, columns and a beautiful Mexican eagle framed by Pre-Hispanic fretworks. On its third level stand out the Italian marble statues representing Liberty, Independence, the Constitution and the Reform.

The construction funds were raised, mostly, by British mining companies that worked during those times in the State of Hidalgo. As an anecdotic fact, the clock was produced by the same company that made the emblematic Big Ben clock in London.

It is situated in the Independencia Square, in the historical centre of Pachuca.

On september of this year will be 100 years old.

Here is something similar to the windows 7 boot animation ( No flying balls jajaja), but this is for the animation of vista's logon (authui.dll)
