I've read a lot of TM fanfics about Jane telling a story to his child about him and Lisbon as fairy tale so I thought to mix that up with the scene on season 3 finale when Lisbon wears that bridesmaid dress

. Besides, I wanted to play with the idea of Jane being usually the one that runs away from physical fighting while Lisbon stands up for him (she's definetely not a damsel in distress xD).

I'm very proud of this fanart. I used more digital resources than usual but I'm still a bit uneasy because it has been a long time since I've drawn something about TM. I felt a bit rusty while I was working on this.

This was a very difficult drawing for me. I'm not good at comicstrips because it's hard for me draw exactly the same over and over. But even if I almost threw my sketchbook and my scanner away bc screwed up the colors every damn time, I decided to don't give up and share this joke with you all ;D

Anyway, here's a little explanation why chose each Wonderland alter ego for everyone:

Alice/Lisbon: Isn't obvious? She's the only one who's not insane in Wonderland. And yes! She's wearing a leather jacket (~VirusGarura drew her as Alice like this and this image is printed on my mind since then XD)

Hatter/Jane: Isn't obvious too? He loves tea like him and has a bit of craziness like him. But, honestely, I seriously doubt he's mad at Time because he has to drink tea forever XD.

The Knave of Hearts/Rigsby: In the first book he's accused of eating Red Queen's tarts. He was innocent but was funny to see our eat-it-all Rigsby portraying him.

Tiger Lily/Van Pelt: I had a hard time thinking who VP would be so I finally chose the Tiger Lily for her for any particular reason. Maybe because she's pretty and all but I don't know..Sorry XD

White Rabbit/Cho: I just couldn't help myself! Cho as a fluffy little bunny? Yay!!!! Well he's a reliable character too so that's why I chose him for him.

Humpty Dupty/LaRoche: as Laroche, Humpty has a memorandum book that reminds me his black notepad XD

The Red King/Red John: Well, in the books the King is good and saves everyone from the Red Queen but still XD

The Knave of Hearts/Rigsby: In the first book he's accused of eating Red Queen's tarts. He was innocent but was funny to see our eat-it-all Rigsby portraying him.

Tiger Lily/Van Pelt: I had a hard time thinking who VP would be so I finally chose the Tiger Lily for her for any particular reason. Maybe because she's pretty and all but I don't know..Sorry XD

White Rabbit/Cho: I just couldn't help myself! Cho as a fluffy little bunny? Yay!!!! Well he's a reliable character too so that's why I chose him for him.

Humpty Dupty/LaRoche: as Laroche, Humpty has a memorandum book that reminds me his black notepad XD

The Red King/Red John: Well, in the books the King is good and saves everyone from the Red Queen but still XD

It's a while since my last The Mentalist fanart so I made this last night.
The effect looks a little dirty in my opinion (damn black pencil!) but I kind of like it because makes it darker and that's the idea.
It's inspired on the last scene of "Red Sky in the Morning"...Gosh! I loved that poem. I even made an analysis and all (yeah, I'm a book geek *rolls eyes*)
