Those of you watching my tumblr know what happened to this update earlier-- but it's finally done!

ABOUT THE UPDATE:

The egg thing was actually an in-game event that I didn't know about. I walked up to a guy with BARB in front and he gave the party an egg for max happiness on BARB-- so I thought that was a great plot point. :>

Also, as LEOPOLD said, I was invoking the rule of cool with SPUDS JR. I didn't want the update dragging on, so I made the evolution happen quickly to save everyone the trouble.

Part 13 of the Nuzlocke challenge.

I seriously got like, 4 jackpots in a row, I kid you not.

About the selfdestruct... I had let him learn selfdestruct as an emergency sacrifice move... and had replaced the first move's slot. I told myself that I would switch the move to the 4th slot so I wouldn't accidentally press it. I forgot. My GBM is a bit twitchy and doesn't ALWAYS register the d pad's movement and so it didn't sense me NOT picking selfdestruct. It was against a koffing that was in the yellow. I'm sorry, BROSEPH! ;__;!

And the events are a bit out of order-- this actually happened against a Rocket after I entered the basement of the game corner-- but I left to go do Erika and then I was gonna come back. It made more sense to draw it out this way than to do it in the actual order. :0

So I started a Nuzlocke Challenge on my LeafGreen cartridge since ~jetsamjunk is ALSO doing one on her Diamond cartridge (except she's doing some of the additional, optional rules for the challenge)

The rules are simple:
* Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be released.
* The player may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances.

So as I go along, I will be illustrating what happens with quick comics.

Some will be digital, some will be hand-drawn... all will (hopefully) be hilarious.
