I was provided the original male head (labeled above) and asked to create a few different choices for the face (and hair), so players could have options to swap out when they created their character. Then I was asked to create female alternatives (based off the male head base) for players to choose from.

After the heads/hair options were done, I was asked to modify the existing male items (armor, weapons, arm/hand poses, etc.) to fit a female base. Above are just a handful of the outfits for examples. (The file had something like 500 layers, I think, so there were quite a few things to adapt!)
