To Install:

1. Extract files from archive
2. Double click "Replacer -> Replacer"
3. Drag original sysmd.cpl into Replacer and press enter
4. Drag my sysmd.cpl into Replacer and press enter
5. Confirm by pressing "Y" and enter.
6. Press any key to close replacer, and you're done!

This will just change the monitor on the dialog, making it less like Windows 2000. I included my Dell OEM logo in case anyone wants it, too. ]]>
