New Rocketeer Piece! One of my favorite comics/movies.
I had done a Rocketeer piece a few years ago, but my gawd do I feel like I've really improved with this one. I have a mindset of making a great cover portfolio and adding story/situation to my pieces instead of more portrait/pinup work is really driving me to create the best pieces I can with some storytelling added in.

As always, acrylic paint on paper.

Boulevard of Broken Fandoms

Brought to you from the minds of Wil "Genius at making people cry" Woods and Tyrine "watches too much anime" Carver. xD

Anyhow, he wanted to do a parody of that famous Boulevard of Broken Dreams painting by Helnwein with James Dean and Marilyn Monroe and Humphrey Bogart and Elvis and all those dead celebs. So we came up with the anime version of those dead characters who are so famous, even after death, that just recalling their faces makes us a little bit nostalgic TwT

Left to right: Hughes from Fullmetal, L from Death Note, Aerith from FF, and Ace from One Piece.

Note: this is the 11x17" version for the small prints, there is a bigger version.

Second note: Before you say anything, yes I know Helnwein's Boulevard painting was a parody of Hopper's Nighthawks. What we're parodying here is the death of celebrity/iconic figures as portrayed by Helnwein as a reaction to that painting, not Hopper's painting itself.

Titan was created when the Hecatomb virus [link] was injected into the remains of a corpse surrounded by corpses.

The H-virus has already shown that it is capable of reviving a dead organism IF enough of the body still remains.

But now it was injected into the remains of a human, there was too little of the body left for the virus to regenerate so it pulled in the surrounding corpses of various animals.

These animals had been infected by different viruses and slaughtered in order to create this monstrous creature.

This is resident evil related, but because of the way it was created it is also a necromorph(DEAD SPACE )!

Rock and Multo - Color

WHOOOOO HOOOOO!!!!!!!!! finalmente aqui esta!!! Multo tocando la gutiarra a color!!!
Bueno, lo finalize el 15 enero, pero no había tenido tiempo de ponerlo, es la version digital de [link] un dibujo que hice hace un tiempo, inspirado en el capitulo "Rock and Patrol" donde la patrulla tiene que convencer a un grupo de rock de tocar, que casualmente esta formado por unas rocas, y ahi ellos aprenden sobre los 3 tipos de rocas. Multo tiene que vencer su panico escenico, y en ese capitulo tocar la guitarra!! Bueno eso dicen en las reviews, porque yo no lo he visto, solo vi la serie una vez en Nat Geo, y ahora aqui en mexico parece que ya no la pasan.
Multo siempre se ve genial, pero creo que este traje lo hace verse mucho más cool!!! Lo hice en Corel Photo Paint, es el programa que siempre uso para todos mis dibujos porque no tengo otro, ni menos el famoso Photoshop!, pero aun sin photoshop, la neta me encanto como salio el traje! Este dibujo si que excedio mis espectativas!!!
Pero que gacho de verdad, que no pude ver ese capitulo donde multo toca la guitarra!!! Y creo que no lo voy a poder ver, en parte porque la serie ya no pasa y no parece que ninguna canal quiera transmitirla! Pero en parte tambien porque hay algo muy raro en referencia a eso, creo que el capitulo ya no lo quieren pasar o algo asi. Alguien sabia de eso? Yo me cuenta cuando estaba buscando info sobre la serie, y leia en las reviews sobre la primera temporada; en esta serie los capitulos van de a 2, como en Twipsy, y note que el capítulo llamado Rock and Patro" venia junto con otro llamado "Support your Neighbor Volcano", y según las reviews, en ese capitulo nuestros heroes fueron a ayudar a un Volcan que no queria hacer erupcion por no molestar a sus vecinos.Ese capitulo fue duramente criticado por la gente que esribio sobre la serie, que decian "I rolled my eyes" o sea, como se diria aqui en mexico, pelaron los ojos porque les pareció ridiculo que un volcan no quisiera hacer erupcion por no molestar a sus vecinos, aunque "eso fue hecho con una buena intención prosocial" (como dijeron algunos pocos) e incluso dijeron que malentendía o incluso negaba la ciencia! por el hecho de que los volcanes no pueden hacer erupción, lo cual yo creo, es un poco exagerado.
Entonces fui a la pagina offical de la serie para ver si había algun clip de ese capitulo, y que creen? pues que no habia ninguno! Y el capitulo nisiquiera estaba en la lista de capitulos, y no se porque!! No se si realmente los productores lo quitaron por las criticas que la gente hizo en el 2007, pero si es cierto sería una pena en verdad. Me parecio muy injusta la manera en que criticaron a esta espectacular y brillante serie, bueno, tal vez la idea de un volan que no quiere hacer erupcion no fue su mejor idea pero, de verdad no entiendo porque echar abajo una serie tan entretenida y bien desarrollada con esta solo solo por algo así, es decir, es una caricatura por dios! yo no creo que eso les afecte; los niños tendrán muchos años en la escuela para saber que los volcanes no pueden controlar sus erupciones! además, dejenlos disfurtar su niñez!, ya esta como el afan de poner prejuicios y estereotipos sociales en las caricatura, cosa que tampoco entiendo) y además apuesto a que, cuando esos niños crezcan y tengan clase de Geografía se acordarán con cariño de la serie, y les va a interesar comentar y aprender más sobre los volcanes! Asi me pasó a mi!! cuando ví la patrulla de Zula recupere mi pasion por el espacio y volvi a divertirme investigando, como cuando era niño!!! Incluso fui a la biblioteca, y nunca habia ido desde que me converti en adolescente!
Y hablando del espacio, a que no saben, este es el mes del espacio en Nat Geo!!!
Nat Geo tenia preparados 4 especiales, nuevos!! (pero yo solo he visto 2 porque antes no sabía el horario) y me gusto uno en especial, que se llamaba "viaje a los confines del espacio", incluso lo escribi en Opi, espero ver el otros y les digo, y lo mas padre es que descubri que no he perdido mi pasion por el espacio!!! Sigue ahí!! Y eso es algo magico!!!

Well, I finished it in January 15, but I had no time to put it before, so there he is: Multo Playing the guitar!!!!
From the show The Zula Patrol, and this the painted version of [link] inspired from the chapter "Rock and Patrol", where the Patrol has to convince a rock band to performing, which is made up of 3 rocks, and there they learn about the 3 types of rocks. Multo has to overcome his stage fright, and in that chapter he plays his guitar!!!...Well, that's what I read in some reviews, I didn't watched the chapter, I watched the show only once in Nat Geo, and now in mexico it seems the show is no longer on.
Multo always looks Great, but I think this suit makes him SO COOL here!!!
I made it in Corel Photo Paint, that's the program I use for all my drawings (in fact I have no other program like Photoshop, which many people use) and I'm really happy and proud about how come out this suit here! this picture has exceeded my expectations!!! What a pity that I didn't see that chapter where Multo plays his guitar!!! and I think I never will be able to see it, in part because the series is no longer on NatGeo and there's no other channel who transmit it! But also in part because here is something very weird in reference to that chapter, it seems that chapter is no longer transmitted. Some of you Know?
I realized that when I was looking for info about the show and I read reviews about the first season; in this show chapters ranging in pairs, and when I looked for info I noticed the chapter titled "Rock and Patrol" came together with another called "Support your Neighbor Volcano ", and according to reviews, in "Support your Neighbor Volcano" our heroes went to help a volcano who don't want not to disturb their neighbors. That chapter was severely criticized by people, many people said they rolled their eyes because they found very ridiculous that a volcano wouldn't want to erupt just as not to disturb their neighbors, althoug it was done with good "prosocial intention " (as a few people said) some people said it even misunderstood or even denied science! by the fact volcanoes can't hold their erupt, which I think is something exaggerated.
Then I went to Zula official website to see if there was any clip from that chapter, you don't imagine it? there was nothing!!! and that chapter even weren't on the chapters list! I don't know if Zula producers actually removed out that chapter due the criticism that people did in 2007, but if it's true it would be really sad indeed. I found so unfair the way people criticize this spectacular and brilliant show...well I mean, maybe that thing about the self-conscious volcano was not their best idea, but I really don't understand why tear down a so spectacular, well-developed and amused show, just for such a simple thing, It's a cartoon show man!! I really don't believe such a simple thing affects them, children will ha many years in school to learn Volcanoes cann't control their eruptions! let them enjoy their childhood! ( it remebers me people eagerness to put social prejudices and stereotypes in kid's shows, which is also something I don't understand) and I bet when these children grow and take Geography class, they will remember fondly this show and they will be interested to comment and learn more about volcanoes! For example me: The patrol Zula regain my passion for space, and I went back to feel amazed with science and space, research and experimentation, and I went back to get fun with it!!! like when I was a child!!! I think if I had seen this show before, now surely I would be a strong scientific!
And speaking about space, THIS MONTH IS SPACE MONTH ON NAT GEO!!!
Ooohh I just wanted to say it!!!
Nat Geo prepared 4 new specials here in Mexico! and they're transmitted every Sunday, but I've seen only 2, although not complete, just a half because I did knew the schedule before, and also because my dad wanted to watch play boy mansion and didn't let me change the channel, he said space documentary are boring I would have liked to have another fan of the space with me at that time, I bet Multo would have loved that show!!...
Well, I especially loved the one called "journey to the edge of space" because, indeed, it was a spetacular journey where we saw all these things that exist in the universe! OOOHHHH MY GOODNESS!!! THAT WAS TRULY AMAZING!!! we saw stars, nebulas, quasars, we saw how dangerous and wonderfull it can be the space, and all this without a scratch!
What I really loved about this journey is that you TRULY travel through spacel! because all the images we saw were REAL, thanks to the incredible and especatular Space Telescope Hubbble! Oooohhh my!! so long ago that I had not seen a documentary show about the space!! and now I just realized that I haven't lost my passion for space, and it's not true I am not that fan of science and space it used to be when I was a child, as I thought before, I must admit I was afraid to discover I was not so fan of space like when I was a child, as I told to my friend 1B1B....but that's not true because when I watched the show I felt like when I was a child!!! and I remembered when saw my first documentary about the space, and I was so amazed and full of excitement that I was even drooling! especially with the one I refer here!! Oohh myyy!!! it was something frakin' awesome!!! I never saw the space at that way, it was simply a TREMENDOUS ECSTASY....I don't think there is another way to describe what I felt...Anyone who has seen documentary before Hubble, and already have much time without seeing any, sure will understand what I mean; before, space documentary shows where made mostly by computer graphics wich show what scientists had imagined there are in space, but now, since the Hubble began to work well (because at one time there was some damage) and will send images to scientists, space documentaries have become hugely real and vivid, because now we don't see what they "imagine that there are in space" but we see what actually THERE ARE in space! One day I told my friend that I believed I didn't love space as much as Multo, but now I think I love space just like him...I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE IT! I never, never thought to have the opportunity to see a vision of space at that way! Space is incredible, spectacular, majestic, powerful, uncharted, unpredictable, dangerous, but so beautiful and magnificent, at the same time!!!!

Heyyy!!!

Voici un dessin que j'avais commencé en juillet pour une personne en particulier... Je n'avais pas la motivation de le finir pendant les vacances d'été et comme je n'ai pas trouvé le temps ni la motivation de le finir avant... Bah j'l'ai fini qu'en cet époque de fête... Ce qui n'est pas plus mal puisqu'il va très bien avec le moment de l'année...

Ce dessin m'a pris entre 9 et 11h... Sans doute parce que j'ai pris mon temps pour le faire, je ne voulais vraiment pas le louper celui la! Et pis j'avoue que je n'étais pas très à l'aise parce que ça faisait depuis cet été que je n'avais plus fait de dessin comme celui ci avec paysage et créatures, la total quoi...

Outils : crayons aquarelles et qq tits autres outils pour paufiner le travail.

Beware the Queen

BEWARE!

The 2nd form of my Queen character(first form removed)!
Vanessa Bensley. Called "The Queen" by her subjects.

Vanessa was a Tricell scientist that was given access to control plagas and various virus samples.

After several experiments she had created a satisfactory control plaga.

Control plagas allows the host to retain free will, the ability to control their mutation and to control other who have been infected with las plagas.

After she injected herself with her modified control plaga, she captured and injected all the scientists and guards with las plagas.

BSAA operatives where sent to investigate the Tricell facility, but after entering the building radio contact quickly ceased.

Her Whereabouts are currently unkown.

Her body has mutated further and constructed a dense shell over her top body aswell as 2 additional tentacles with claws.
Also added background and slaughtered corpses.

Slightly inspired by Osmund Saddlers mutated form.

Marge is freaking out

Haven't you ever wondered, why Marge never freaks out? Well, I have...

I wasn't quite sure about the category of this. It's kind of Mixed media but that option wasn't offered in "Fan art"... Well lets see: Marge herself was drawn with my beloved Pitt Artist Pens again. I scanned it and thought the background to be boring and thus added this "explosion" to resemble both her anger with Homer as well as the possible reason for it.

As pattern I used some ad from a magazine but I really have no idea what was being advertised here o.O I just sketched the outlines of her face and when I was done I just thought to myself: Why not do something unusual? Thus I began to color her hair blue. Then my eyes fell on the green pen - and there was the dress. Only then did I realise that this character resembled very much my picture of Marge Simpson. Et Voila: Madame got some yellow skin!

FULL VIEW PLEASE!!! Finalmente lo pude terminar!!! Y es un wallpapeer!!! Aqui tienen a wildo descansando un poco en la playa!
Este es el dibujo pintado de [link] otra practica en Photoshop, esta vez practiqué hacer el brillo en la piel humeda y las gotas de agua, porque nunca me salian en Corel! pero ahora mas o menos me salen bien! El dibujo lo empece a hacer en Marzo, el mismo dia que estaba haciendo este [link] de Randall en la compu de mi hermano, luego cuando mi papá me dejo la compu viejita que ya no se usaba en la oficina, pues pase mi dibujo a la otra con mi usb viejita, pero después de eso deje el dibujo en mis documentos por casi dos meses, es que al principio solo hice el paisaje con la arena y toda la cosa, pero cuando llegó el turno de hacer a Wildo pensaba que había quedado chueco y me desesperé! y pues lo dejé así! pero recien hace unos dias, de tanto que lo veía yo ahí pues me dije "porque no intento terminarlo?" y seguí haciendolo, solo que no dibujaba por mucho tiempo, solo por ratitos, porque a veces si dibujo mucho tiempo y no me salen las cosas como yo quiero me desespera, y además porque no tengo mucho tiempo libre.
La verdád estoy muy contenta con este en especial me gustó como salieron los pies! me encantan sus pies!!! y esta es la primera vez que hago sus patitas digitalmente!!! creo que este es uno de los mejores que he hecho, y tiene que ser así, es la mas reciente! y también como los otros, me divertí mucho haciendolo, especialmente probando la ayuda de los pinceles secos, otra vez...aunque les diré que fue toda una odisea hacerlo!!! y me tomó un buen de años luz! literalmente! Como lo hice poco a poco me tomó como 2 meses, pero si lo hubiera hecho de corrido, yo creo que como 3 dias apoximadamente. Lo que más me disfrute hacer fue la arena y el sombreado del cuerpo de wildo, y lo más dificil sin duda fueron los brillos de humedad y las gotas!! Esas CONDENADAS GOTAS!!!! creo que me pasé la mayor parte del tiempo haciendolas!!!! es que como no se veían realistas y ya saben que yo soy muy exigente,
pues las tenia que borrar y volver a hacer una y otra, y otra, y otra vez! Y AUN ASI no quedaron como yo quería y creo que en lugar agua parece nieve! Pero la proxima vez no se me escaparán esas gotas! tengo algunos otros dibujos mas para pintar, pero bueno, espero que le guste este, es un walpaper para su pc! me sugirio que lo pintara!

This is the painted version of [link] just another practice Photoshop, this time I practiced making the brightness in wet skin and water droplets, because these are the things I never coud make well with Corel! but this time I think this came out more or less well!
I started this drawing in March, the same day I made this [link] in my brother's computer, and when my dad gave me his oldie pc that he no longer used in the office, then I passed to my drawing to it with my oldie USB, but after that I leave the drawing in my documents for almost two months! at the beggining I only made the landscape and sand and that came out well, but when came the turn to paint Wilt I thought I was making a mistake and his body was a bit odd, and I despair! and therefore I left it! But just a few days ago, was seeing this incomplete pic and thought "why not try to finish it?" and I kept making it, little by little (like I usally do) because when I draw for a long time and things don't come out as I hoped I despair, and of course, because usually I don't have much free time to sit down and draw!
I'm pretty proud with this one! specially I loved how the feet came out!!! I love his feet!!! they're really awesome! this is the first time I make his feed digitally. I think which is one of the best I've done, and it MUST BE, it's the more recent one! As well as others, I had a lot of fun making it, especially testing assistance from dry brushes again, and the layers! ... but I must to say it was quite an ordeal do make it! and it took me bloody light years! literally. It took me like 2 months, but if I had painted it in one time, I think like 3 days appox. I think one of the most relatively easy things were the landscape and shading in Wilt's body, and the more difficult thing was of course, the waterdrops and shine in wet body! These DAMN WATERDROPS!!! I think I spent most of the time making them!! cos they didn't looked realistic and you know that I'm very demanding, so I had to erase and re-draw them over and over and over again! And STILL I think they're not so well as I wanted andthat instead water it looks like snow! But anyway, I hope someday I could make the shine and waterdrops...Some day I will catch them!! well, I hope you like this one, it's a walpaper!
This is dedicated to my friend cos she suggested me to paint this and also because, after the drawing I showed her and which was a mess because nobody liked it I Think it's the least I could do!

I drew this to help my do my Extended Essay (its a IB thing) on the book. The picture is based on a scene from the movie.

This is art based on one of the greatest book/movie of all time. Written by Anthony Burgess, A Clockwork Orange centers on a 15 year old Alex, who leads his gang of teenage rockers in all night orgies of random violence and destruction.

What's so cool about this book? As I mentioned above, its about a 15 year old person, who loves raping people and causing nuisance.

If you are about to get beaten up by a bunch of people. What would you do? Defend yourself right? What Alex does is he smiles, HE SMILES, this shows how messed up his mind is. It shows his hunger for violence. Pretty messed up character, right?

Based on the stuff I've mentioned above, do you think he'll ever act like a normal person? He actually does. He is initially forced by officials to do so, so his normal state is short lived, he revert backs to his original state. He later goes normal on his free will. The last chapter, which sadly was omitted from the movie, shows that Alex grows from his violent old ways and wishes to live a normal life.

This short novels mainly show cases a persons free will and the necessity of commitment in life, which I believe are very strong and great themes. I would recommend everyone to read the book and watch the movie.

EDIT: I forgot to mention this, the guy with the cane on his shoulders is Alex, the other three guys are his 'droogs'.

Ooohh cielos! por fin LO TERMINEEE!!! tiene que ponerle full view!!!
Esta es la version pintada de [link] empece a hacerlo hace una semana, y apenas termine ayer!apenas hace un ratito! Me tarde mucho en pintarlo porque lo pinte poquito a poquito, y sobre todo en estos ultimos dias antes del sabado no tuve tiempo, pues fueron los 15 de mi hermana y estuve ayudando a preparar todo, junto con mis hermanos y mi mama.
Hice otra version coloreada a mano [link] pero no me gusto mucho el otro traje, asi que quise hacerle otro, y se me ocurrio la idea de hacer este traje cuando escuchaba canciones de los 70's como jive Talkin (de los Bee Gees) y Shake your Groove Thing (Peaches and Herb) y lo hice asi porque a Wildo luce genial con ese estilo de ropa (bueno, el siempre luce bien con todo, como es alto esta ropa es con la que luce mas! Y claro, tambien porque me encanta sobremanera todo ese estilo de musica y baile y la ropa de los 70's, 80's y 90's, sobretodo la musica!...tal vez porque esa musica le gusta a mi papá, es de su epoca, y desde que era pequeña el siempre ponia su musica y yo a oia, y no se porque pero siempre me atrajo. Asi que si, se puede decir que crecí con la musica de esas epocas...aunque creo que me emocione mucho con los olanes y ahora el traje parece de mambo! en lugar de un traje de los 70's. Antes de empezar a pintar, no sabía que color iria el traje, hasta que un dia vi un dibujo pintado de ese color y dije "ese es el color", es un color muy vibrante y alegre, y creo que a el le sienta muy bien tambien.
La verdad estoy muy impresionado de ver como quedo! cada vez que termino un dibujo y veo que quedo bien, es algo increible amigos! en serio, es algo dificil de explicar..se siente una especie de euforia, extasis, adrenalina al ponerlo aqui y no saber que va a decirl la gente!, y ganas de hacer algo mucho, mucho mejor la proxima vez! es algo impresionante, creo que soy adicta a esto amigos! No en serio, es muy divertido dibujar asi, y me encanta porque por este medio uno puede expresarse y transmitir emociones a la gente, uno puede crear, inventar cosas nuevas de la nada!!! y especialmente en el dibujo digital uno puede hacer cosas asombrosas! El unico limite es tu alma y tu imaginacion!!, y uno se di tanto haciendolo! Debo decir que en el pasado, y un poco cuando me suscribi aqui, me obsecionaba un poco con ser popular, queria que mi galeria estuviera llena de visitas como las de otra gente que era popular, y a veces me me molestaba mucho y me preguntaba porque la gente que hace pornografia era mas popular que yo, y por eso me presionaba a hacer algo que no quería, o terminaba un dibujo que no me gustaba mucho, solo porque quería que la gente lo viera y me dijera algo, pero despues entendí que uno no puede forzarse a hacer algo, o a tener ideas, que uno solo puede observar lo que fomenta tu creatividad y luego intentar estar en contacto con ese ambiente! Entendi que no importa si eres popular o no, sino la razon por la que haces lo que haces, que debes hacer algo porque te agrada y porque es divertido!! no muchos tienen idea de cuanto amo hacer estas cosas! y hay quienes no les gustan mis dibujos como a mi papa, pero todas maneras lo hago porque es una de las cosas que amo hacer! Ahora solo dibujo porque me gusta, dibujo lo que me gusta a mi, y creo que si lo que dibujo me agrada, a al gente también le agradará! y compartira lo que senti al hacerlo, asi transmito emociones y usualmente a la gente le fascina eso!
Siempre al terminar un dibujo no digo "es perfecto" sino " es genial, pero a la proxima voy a hacer otro mejor" lo cual quiere decir que "le falta algo" y eso significa que puedes superalo! Me fascina la idea de poder superarme a mi mismo dia tras dia, por eso soy muy exigente con mis dibujos (y con otras cosas tambien) pero no significa que el dibujo anterior sea menos importante que este, no, todos mis dibujos son importantes porque los hice con cariño, entrega y dedicacion, todos conyevan muchas emociones y significan algo. Hacer un dibujo con cariño y ponerle todo tu empeño, y luego ver que quedo genial, es algo que te llena de un orgullo y satisfaccion incomparables! porque lo haces porque te gusta, y porque es divertido! pero tambien porque fue algo hecho por ti, fue tu idea! es..tu creacion!!!
Asi que si, me diverti mucho haciendo este ( y creo que es el unico dibujo que no quise tirar a la basura! ha veces me desespera que los dibujos no me salgan, pero con este no paso así, creo que porque me estaba divirtiendo) en especial hacer las luces del traje y ver que quedaban bien fue algo delicioso sobretodo esa linea de luz en el costado izquierdo, la que enmarca su bien torneada figura, pero creanme, fue toda una odisea hacerlas! pero valió la pena! pues cuando terminé solo pude decir "Oh..cielos! Es increible" me recuerda a la primera vez de dibuje con el corel, pense que estaba en el paraiso!...Oh cielos! aun no puedo creer que este dibujo lo hice yo! y eso que este es mi tercer dibujo en Photoshop!! llevo cuando mucho 3 semanas practicando con el, y no todo el tiempo, solo de vez en cuando cuando tengo un rato libre...por eso nunca crei que un dibujo me saliera tan bien!! Debo decir que al principio no queria usar el programa porque era un poco complicado, sin embargo me he habituado al Photo Shop porque muchas de las herramientas son muy similares con el Corel.
A excepcion de algunas cosas como las capas, una de las cosas que el corel no tiene; haciendo este dibujo con el Photo Paint nunca pude haber hecho unas luces tan realistas, las capas me ayudaron a hacer las luces! porque pude borrar lo que no me servía, sin tener que volver a hacer todo el dibujo de nuevo! Lo que mas me gusta del Photo Paint es que las fotos conservan su color, con el corel, mientras estas pintando los colores se ven bien, pero cuando las guardas y las vuelves a abrir de nuevo, la foto pierde su color y se ve pixelada, pero en el Photoshop no! Con el Photo Paint jamas habria podido conservar asi el colorido del dibujo!
Lo que si aùn no puedo hacer muy bien, es el "1" de su pecho, no se, siempre me sale como si fuera una calcomania o algo, y no como parte de su piel, y se supone que es parte de su piel, es como un lunar o un tatuaje, pero bueno aun asi sailo bien, espero que les guste tanto como me gusto a mi

This is the painted version of [link] I started to make it a week ago and just finished yesterday! It took a pretty good time because I painted it little by little, as usually I do, and especially in these last days before Saturday I didn't have time to go to a pc, because last Saturday was 15th birthday of my sister and I was helping to prepare all for the party with my brothers and my mom.
I also made a hand-colored version [link] but I don't liked so much the other outfit, so I wanted to make another, and I had the idea to make this suit when I was listening to songs from the 70's like Jive Talkin (by Bee Gees) and Shake your Groove Thing (Peaches and Herb) and I did so because Wilt looks freakin' fantastic with this style of clothing so dashing and cool: drool: well, he always looks so good with everything due his awesome figure, but specially THIS style fits so well to him! And of course, also because I LOOOVEEE A LOOOT the dance style, music and clothing from 70's 80's and 90's too!! ...I think it's maybe because my dad likes that music, that was my dad's time, and since I was little Ilistened it...So, yeah you can say I grew up with the music of those times, and I don't know why but that era always appeal so much to me. I think I was too excited with the pleating and now the suit seems a mambo suit!: XD: instead of a suit from the 70's.
Before starting to paint, I didn't know what color to use in this suit, until one day I saw a picture painted with this color and I said "this is perfect!" the color is very vibrant and lively, and I think it fits very well, too. I'm really impressed to see how well this came out! every time you finish a drawing and you see that it looks good, it's something really awesome buddies! Seriously! it's a bit difficult to explain..it feels a kind of euphoria, ecstasy, the adrenaline to put your drawing here and that you don't know what people could say!, and the desire to do something much, much better next time! it's something really wonderful, I think I'm addicted to this buddies!: XD: No, but seriously, making drawings it's so much fun, and I really love to paint because with art you can express yourself and transmit a lot of emotions to the people, with art you can create, invent new things from nothing!!! and especially in digital drawings you can do really amazing things!, and to have a lot of fun doing it! the only limit is your soul and your imagination!! I must say that in the past, when I signed here, I was obsessed to be popular with my drawings; I wanted that my gallery was full of visitors just like other people who were popular, and sometimes I wondered why people who make porn was more popular than me, and that bothered me a lot, so I forced myself to do something or finished a drawing I didn't like, just because I wanted people to see it and say something. But with time I understood that you can't force yourself to do something or to have ideas, the only thing you can do is observe what encourages your creativity and then try to stay in touch with that environment! I understood that no matter how popular you are, but the reason WHY you do what you do, it's because it's fun and you love to do it! I think almost nobody have any idea how much I love to draw and paint! And some people don't like my drawings like my dad, but I do it anyway because it's one of the things I love to do! Now I draw what I like and because I like to draw, and I think if a drawing pleases me, people also will be pleased with it! and they will share what I felt with it, so, my drawings convey many emotions and usually people love that!
Always at the end of a design I don't say "it's perfect" but "It's good, but the next I will make another better drawing" which it's like "something is missing " and that means that you can improve your art! I love the idea of being able to improve and overcome myself day after day, so I am very demanding with my drawings (and with other things too) but that doesn't mean my old drawings are less important than this, no, all my drawings are important and special because I made them with love, dedication and all of them always involve a lot of emotions and mean something. To make a drawing with love and put all your efforts on it, and to see that it looks great, it's something that fills you with incomparable pride and joy! cos you do it because you like it, and because it's fun! but also because it was something done by you, it was your idea!...It was your OWN creation!!
So yeah, I had a lot of fun doing this (and I think it's one of the few drawings that I didn't want to throw to the trash at times! I despair sometimes if my drawings not come out as I want, but this always came out well, and I think because I was having fun)specially to make all those lights in the suit and to see they came out well was something delicious specially that line of light on the side left, which fits his sculptural figure, but believe me, it was quite an ordeal to make this! but it worth! because when I finished it I was just like "Oh my God!...It's really awesome!" that reminds me the first time I drew with Corel, I thought it was in the paradise!...Oh my!!: excited: I still can't believe I made this one! and moreover due the fact this is hardly my third drawing in Photoshop! I have like 3 weeks practicing with it, and not all the time, only occasionally when I have a free moment...So I never thought to make a picture like this! I must to say that at first I didn't want to use the program because it was a so difficult to me. However I had to use it because my Photo Paint doesn't work, and I'm started to accustom to use it Photo Shop because many of the tools are very similar to Corel. Well, with exception of some things like layers, it's one of the things that Corel don't have; doing this picture with Photo Paint never could have made some very realistic lights, layers helped me to make the lights! because I could erase which it was wrong without having to "re-paint" the whole drawing again! One of the things I love about PhotoShop is that it preserves color; with corel, colors look good while you're painting, but when you save the pic and later you open it again, th pic loses its color and looks pixelated, but in Photoshop that doesn't happen! with PhotoShop I could preserving the original colors of this pic! The only thing I still can't make very well it's the "1" in his chest, it always come out as if it was a sticker or something, and it's not like that, but it's supposed to be part of his skin, like a mole or a tattoo, but even so the drawings it's good. Well, hope you like this as much as me

Después de enseñarles el poder de dA aqui [link] quise traerles este es dibujo que hice en noviembre del año pasado, después de ver un clip de La patrulla de Zula donde Dark Truder (el villano en turno XD ) finge ser un fan de La patrulla, y pensé "seria padre que los patrulleros de verdad tuvieran fans!!! y además que lo superan!" y asi fue como se me ocurrio esta idea, la de dibujar a nuestros heroes tomandose una foto para su fans!
A veces la gente me pregunta porque hago dibujos de La Patrulla si nadie los ve, porque el show no es popular...pero es que cielos! Es que no lo puedo evitar! Simplemente amo a estos cuates! (creo que es la primera vez que me gustan todos los personajes en una serie! XD) Son geniales! porque son muy nobles, divertidos y muy cool! y todos tienen su propia personalidad única y original! Es decir, son adorables y te llegan, pero no adorables como un oso de peluche o una obra de arte que contemplas, o uno de esos personajes de anime con los ojos brillantes que están diseñados para dar la impresión de ser lindos...sino como un buen amigo, uno de esos que duran para siempre, o un miembro de la familia, como cuando uno encuentra algo en común con alguien! Es por eso el año pasado, cuando algunos clips en su idioma original, sentí que habia vuelto a ver a un familiar que no había visto en mucho tiempo! fue como ver a mis tios!
Una de las cosas que me gusta mas de ellos es que representan a la juventud del mañana! es decir, lo que deberia ser la juventu del mañana, porque son adultos jóvenes que proyectan un modelo a seguir para los niños y adolescentes, (y para mí, porque todavía tengo mucho que aprender... y tal vez muchos adultos , si no son arrogantes, y a cualquier persona que este dispuesta a aprender!) algo seguro, confiable, en este mundo cada vez mas lleno de caos y destruccion. Con ellos la gente puede aprender a ser mejor persona, personas que pueden desarrollarse bien en la sociedad y hacer lo correcto, hacer lo mejor para su comunidad, su mundo y para sí mismos! Ademas de encender la llama del interes en la ciencia, la refleccion, y la sed de conocimiento en los niños que durará para siempre! Incluso podria asegurarles que los niños que ven la Patrulla de Zula hoy será los grandes jovenes del mañana! posiblemente muchos de ellos serán los grandes científicos!! De hecho, si yo hubiera visto esa serie de niña ahora sería científico! Ustedes saben que le agradezco a este show porque me hizo recuperar la pasión por el espacio y la ciencia, pero especialmente a multo, su entusiasmo por la ciencia y su sed de conocimiento es tan contagioso que me hizo recordar mi pasión por la ciencia!
Creo que en parte, tambien hice este dibujo para ver si asi la patrulla se vuelve mas popular hehe, a veces quisiera que fuera tan popular como algunas algunas otras series, por ejemplo, las caricaturas de cartoon network, o caricaturas que en teoria no deberian serlo porque son para bbs, como backyardingans, dora....o VeggieTales! es gracioso pero si, hay muchos dibujos de ese show aqui!

After showing The Power of dA exist (and how powerful is it ) [link] I wanted to show this drawing I made on November last year, after seeing an intro clip of a episode, where Dark Truder (the villain in turn XD) pretends to be a fan of the Patrol. When I saw that clip I thought "It would be really great if the patrollers actually could have fans!!! and they know it!" and then this idea came to my mind; the idea of making a drawing of our heroes taking a picture for their fans!
Yes! Another Zula Patrol drawing! ....Cos I can't help drawing them ....they're SO awesome! I just LOVE these characters! Since the first time I saw the show I was very fond of them (in fact this is the first TV show in wich I like all the main characters) although I watched just a few episodes, because characters are very smart, kindhearted, noble, and cool, and everyone have his very own original and unique personality! They touch your heart and are loveables, but not like a teddy bear or a piece of art, or one of those Anime monsters with bright eyes that are designed to give the impression of being cute...but as a good friend, one of those that last forever, or a family member, it's like when you find something in common with someone and he or she becomes your friend. I think that's why when I saw some clips in English last year, I felt like I had seen some family members who I hadn't seen in a long time!
They're so cool!!! because they represent the youth of tomorrow, because as I said, they're young adults who are a role model for children and teens ( and me, because I still have so much to learn...I think also to many adults, if they're not arrogant and are willing to learn more) and anyone who are willing to learn! With them everybody can learn to be better people, people who can develop well in society and do the correct thing, do the best for their community, for their world and for themselves! They're something secure, trustful, honest and authentic, in this world ever more filled with chaos and destruction....and they also lights the flame of LOVE, PASSION enthusiasm for science and space and thirst of knowledge!! Also they transmit the moral so lost in these days; the cooperation, the honesty, the tolerance, then empathy, compassion and understanding toward our fellow man!! and that's something will last with kids in their hearts and minds forever! ^__^
What more we can ask?! I can assure kids who see The Zula Patrol today....will be the great youth of tomorrow!! People who will know how to be ethic and who can give something good and useless to themselves and tho their comunity and their world!!...And I bet possibly many of them also will be really great scientists! ....in fact I think if I had seen the show when I was a kid, now I would be a scientist for sure! I'm very grateful to this show because it made me regain my passion for space and science, but especially to Multo, because his enthusiasm for science and his thirst for knowledge is so contagious and made me remember my passion for science!
I think I made this drawing hopping that this can make the show becomes more popular, since almost nobody knows the show. It's funny how popular as some some other series, such as cartoon network shows or even shows that in theory shouldn't be so popular since they're for toddlers!!! just like backyardingans, Dora, or veggie tales! (yeah, there are many fanart of these show here! ) it's something funny but true ...sometimes I wish The Zula Patrol were so popular too...but well, thinking more about it, better not, no...it's better like this...and Rather, I made this just to spread Zula love!!
Love the way they came out, specially Multo's laidback pose!
I can dedicate this to and of course to everyone who also faved and commented my zula drawings (1B1B made a interesting coments, and chaddar made my day in my Multo portail) To who had made an entire collection with my Zula Fanart, I do not know why the collection isn't there or if she changed her mind, but I will never forget what she said the fist time I met her: she said she admired me for to being ashamed of liking kids shows, and I really appreciate it! It felt very welcome and warm inside ^^ I also felt excited because I thought someone noticed that I'm trying to make tribute to a show that deserves it! ) To my new friend who likes the show and have comented in gallery too!
A of course to my dear friends who love space and science like me, who took their time to know the show because of my drawings and liked Multo (which made me feel so excited and honored, cos I wanted to make people know the show! and also spread love for the show and it's characters ) and whose comments and feedbacks and faves in-my "Zula-craziness phase" last year made me feel really warm and fuzzy inside!! ^^ I really appreciated their comments and I want to thank them for that but also for not just "running away" ...when they saw some of my...MultoxBrook drawings ....I still have the feeling that some peopel did it! although they had no reason to run

I missed these....among other things But, some Patf! fanart Still love the movie to BITS. I'm getting CLOSER to nailing the disney style, compared to my last disney-related piece...this is better /imo. I was going to add Naveen (jksnweufefje<3) but Tiana alone looks better. Why a mermaid? because my childhood wish is getting back to me

Sailor Jupiter is finished! I experimented a lot with her pose and I'm still not used to drawing bodies in perspective, so if anything looks weird - now you know why I'm still quite happy with it though.

I was actually drawing Sailor Moon when I started this, but changed my mind in the middle of sketching. I had to make the pose a little less... energetic becaues of that x'D

Haha, and I couldn't keep myself from making this one orange too Well, at least it fits nicely next to the previous ones.
