It's been a long time since a movie made this much of an impact on me. Like, LOTR long time ago. And when it comes down to it, really, it's just a movie. But there are certain things that people attatch to for whatever reason, and HTTYD is mine.

This movie has rekindled my faith in the state of American animation, inspired me WELL beyond the kick I needed to get me out of my art slump, and for lack of a less hideously corny phrase, made me excited about doing things with my life. Not to mention, it has had an alarmingly influential hand in restoring a really important friendship. I feel so weird putting all this in writing but seriously folks, this is lifechanging shit.

So thank you to everyone who had even the slightest hand in making this film. Thank you to the guy who got everyone's coffee so they could keep working.

And then there's YOU GUYS. Thank you for making a piece of mine no 1 on the front page! Never imagined that would ever happen hahaha. Seriously though, The support I get and contacts I make on this site is so so so important to me, and I wish there was more I could give back.

THANK YOU EVERYONE, GOOD NIGHT!

UPDATE: THANK YOU KIKARIZ, who has bought me a subscription!!!
Well you guys, I don't even know where to start.
