Seriously though, things got light on one project and then another project immediately got busy.

Anyway, there are so many awesome versions of Batman out there, and I've always preferred the darker grittier versions, especially the Nolan films. One thing I like about his costume in the movies is how it looks more like body armor and less like a rubber suit. So I wanted to go with that military urban combat sort of body armor. ]]>

I've noticed people around the nets challenge themselves with these "draw something a day for 30 days". I don't do a lot of drawings of super heroes/heroines, so I thought I might try my hand at Supers... not like I'll have a shortage of characters to work with, right? Can't promise anything great, though.

With that said, here's a Spiderman. As a kid I always liked him best; I liked that he was a wise cracker and not exactly the strongest hero... I liked that he wasn't perfect. ]]>
