« Suicidal Tendencies met les choses au clair : c’est du lourd (et je ne parle pas du gabarit des membres).
Aucun autre groupe ne parvient à concilier à ce point flow hardcore, rythmique punk effrénée et refrain skatecore 100% californien. L’ensemble est allégrement saupoudré de touches so groovy, de quelques plans bien heavy et d’une louchette de hip-hop.
Les ST se donnent sans compter, ils ont plus de 20 ans de carrière derrière eux (et quelques changements de line-up certes) mais on a l’impression à chacun de leur show que c’est le meilleur concert de leur vie tellement ils savent communiquer leur joie d’être sur scène.
Sur le chemin du retour (à pied et sous la pluie), alors qu’elle venait de manquer de nous étaler sur le goudron en plein passage piéton, la pauvre petite vieille dans la voiture s’est sentie obligée d’actionner la fermeture centralisée des portières de peur - j’imagine - qu’avec nos tronches patibulaires on lui brûle sa voiture. Ah douce France…»
