General Dillo- The slightly confused man in charge of Tath's air force. Likes to rant and rave.
General Rocapere- Less confused and in charge of all land-dwelling troops. His eyebrows are, in fact, very downy.
Captain Nemo- A brave young man who heads Tath's navy. He has yet to read 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and is not planning on getting a nose job.
Morgan Glacia- Eis's older sister is in charge of training Tathian soldiers. And she does a damn good job of it, too, she might add. ]]>
