Early life

During Peter's childhood, he was forced to raise Carol Danvers after her father had been ignoring her due to being a girl, and his parents' disappearance when he was just four years old, Peter Parker and Carol Danvers moved in with his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Although Peter was certainly not one of the popular kids, he thrived in most of his studies, particularly science. He had always been attracted to fellow student, Gwen Stacy, who was not only attractive, but was also the top of their high school class.Peter was bullied by fellow classmate Flash Thompson fairly often. Flash tried to get Peter to take a picture to humiliate another kid that he was bullying in, but, Peter refused. This lead to a brief fight in the cafeteria.

Becoming a spider

A few months prior to the events with the cross-species plague, Peter followed clues suggesting a link to his parents' disappearance to Tony Stark and Dr. Curt Connors at the Stark-Oscorp Coalition Tower, where his father used to work. Though Peter and his teacher Dr. Banner did briefly encounter Stark, Connors, it was the bite from a genetically altered spider he recieved after sneaking into a restricted area that would change his life forever, that and Banner's first Hulk-Out. Soon after, Peter found himself blessed with remarkable strength and agility.These powers would lead him to become the masked hero Spider-Man, but because of this, Peter would come home late at night, often to his aunt and uncle's questioning toward this. One night when Peter came home late, Ben had been fed up with him always being late, he demanded that Peter apologize to his aunt, only for Peter to storm out of the house, slamming and breaking the glass in the door. Ben went out to look for him, only to be confronted by a man with a gun at the house, who was running from the police. Ben tried to stop the man, but was shot in the stomach.

After Ben's murder, Peter learned that with great power came great responsibility, he began to grow up...fast and as Spider-Man, dedicated his time to helping law enforcement capture and arrest criminals of all kind.

Peter's first great challenge as Spider-Man came partly at his own hands: he helped Connors develop the serum that would eventually lead to his new mentor's transformation into the Lizard, a monstrous cross-species creation that terrorized Manhattan. Peter had already fought the Lizard twice by that time, once in the sewers, while Spider-Man was testing out his camera and the Lizard attacked and tried to kill him but a mysterious woman code named Black Widow saved him, mainly because he did not want the citizens of New York to know of his existence and again at Peter's school, after the Lizard found out that Peter was Spider-Man, he battled him through the hallways of the school while students evacuated, when it looked as though the Lizard was going to kill him, Gwen Stacy intervened and attacked the Lizard with a chair. The Lizard left the school and went back beneath the waters and into the sewers.

Atop Oscorp Tower, the Lizard planned to use a reptilian DNA sample to infect the citizens of New York City with. Spider-Man and Black Widow arrived to stop what Connors was doing, but was stopped himself by the Lizard. The two faced off, resulting in the narrowest of victories for Spider-Man.

As Captain Stacy held off the Lizard, Peter climbed to the device the Lizard was using and planned to install the healing DNA that Captain Stacy had given to him. Unfortunately, Stacy was seriously injured by the beast, as it had impaled Stacy in the chest. Spider-Man eventually stopped Lizard and joined Captain Stacy for his last moments.

After that, Nick Fury approached Peter about the Avengers Iniative Peter had discovered in his father's briefcase. Peter told him that he was in.


The end of an era

Despite the dying wish of Gwen's father that she and Peter have nothing to do with one another, the two remained friends. Peter and Carol visited her and Tony at the new, revamped Stark Coalition Tower after Peter swore Carol to secrecy about Spider-Man , and met the new head of the robotics division, Doctor Alistaire Smythe. Although he was determined to erase any trace of Connors and his cross-species legacy, Smythe seemed too good to be true, and Peter and Tony suspected a hidden agenda. At this time, Peter had temporarily moved out from his aunt's house and had started house-sitting for an old Parker family friend, Stan. However, his aunt wanted him to return home immediately after summer.As for the cross-species; the ones that were remaining weren't going down without a fight, as a bevy of beasties broke out of Stark-Oscorp and infected countless people with their monstrous virus, including Gwen and Smythe. Spider-Man and Tony realized that the only person that could help stop this new menace was the old menace Spider-Man once defeated: Curt Connors. The Lizard, himself.

The cross-species plague

Things took a strange turn now, as Spider-Man helped Connors escape from the Beloit Psychiatric Hospital, where he was placed after the incident. Together, they put aside their differences and developed a serum that could save Gwen and the others from turning into cross-species. But Spider-Man rushed the serum back to Oscorp before it was successfully tested. Smythe took the serum out of Spidey's hands and used it first, but it didn't make him better. It paralyzed Smythe's legs. Spider-Man was now at the top of his 'Most Wanted' list.

And Spider-Man wasn't too happy with Connors and Stark either; he suspected the Lizard may have been behind Connors' failed serum. after having a falling out with Stark, Spider-Man collapsed from exhaustion, and awoke to Connors' stunning realization: the key to creating the perfect antidote lied in the blood of the only person to successfully control his cross-species nature, Spider-Man. Spider-Man raced back to Oscorp to administer the new and improved serum and narrowly saved Gwen's life.

After the St. Gabriel Bank break in was stopped, the chaos was just beginning; the infection spread to the streets, and Doctor Smythe, bent on vengeance, sent his robot army out to exterminate anyone with the virus. And he gave Spider-Man a special gift, a nanobot cocktail that took his powers, and was slowly taking his life. His powers now gone and health fading fast, Spider-Man collapsed in Connors' secret underground lab, unable to stop the robot invasion above. With no other choice, Connors made the agonizing decision to transform into the Lizard one last time to take on Smythe's army.

Spider-Man returns and second battle with Lizard

Gwen realized that Spider-Man could regain his powers with a jolt of electricity that would short-circuit the bots in his bloodstream. So, as Carol flew him into battle, Peter tried that, and he became Spider-Man once more. He and the Lizard defeated Smythe and the robots, but Connors' reptilian side took over, and it was time for the Lizard's rematch against Spidey. Peter did not have any interest in fighting him, even pleading not too. Regardless, he was attacked. After trading dozens of thunderous blows, Spider-Man and Iron Man subdued the Lizard and returned Connors to Beloit, where he wanted to stay all along.Spider-Man helped administer the antidote to the remainder of the city, so Peter finally had time to relax with Gwen. This ordeal brought them closer together and Peter now loves Gwen more than ever. He is still currently house-sitting for Stan, and Gwen visits him frequently.


Iron Man I

Peter, Gwen, Carol and Colonel James Rhodes attended a ceremony to present Tony with an award for Tony and Pete's work, but Stark did not attend. Obadiah Stane accepted the award in his honor. Rhodey and Peter later found Stark partying in a casino on his way out, a reporter named Christine approached Stark with some questions regarding the ethics of his weapons business. He flirted with her and the two ended up spending the night together.

Tony talked with Rhodey and Peter, as it turned out, Rhodey and Parker were unhappy about his lax attitude, and he tried to get them to relax. Before long , while Peter was doing business calls, Rhodey and I were drunk and leering at the stewardesses. After getting free of the Ten Rings' clutches, Stane was angered that Tony shut down the weapons place. Parker contaced Fury about this situation.


After all that, Tony constructed the Mark II Iron Man armor after a few.. hilarious tests...then he made the Mark III which was gray then gold then red and gold.He almost caused an incident lucky thing Rhodey diffused it so fast." He looked at Tony's ARC reactor. "He showed Stane that thing, and well later Pepper had to help him replace it with a new one."

Parker and Pepper discovered Stark in the MK III after taking down a terrorist cell."Pepper and I had gone to Stane's office, they met up with Coulson and went to where Stane's Iron Monger suit was hidden. Boom. Iron Monger attacked, and Parker and Stark suited up to take him on.

Tony raced over there in the MK III after Stane had almost unplugged me. Spider-Man and I fought the Iron Monger. Gwen activated the reactor.. and well..she died taking Stane down. After that fight, Tony held a press-conference and said ,"I am Iron Man."" ,At Peter's behest, Fury visited Tony. He told Stark that as Iron Man, he has become part of a larger universe. Stark asked for Fury was. He told Stark he had to talk with him about "The Avenger Initiative." Meanwhile, Carol went off to West Point.

Iron Man 2

This man; Anton Vanko died after telling his son Ivan Vanko on what to do. The guy created his own set of whips."

Tony had launched the Expo a few months he exposed himself, He was, still vilified by the United States government, and Senator Stern in particular, who demanded that he hand his armor technology over for military application. Tony refused and, publicly shamed his rival Justin Hammer in the process by highlighting his own failed attempts at recreating the technology. after Stark discovered he was dying he gave his sister Toni and former personal assistant Pepper Potts CEO of Stark Industries, replacing her with Natalie Rushman.


Recklessly racing in Monaco, Stark was attacked by Ivan Vanko, who has constructed a miniaturized arc reactor of his own, including whip-like attachments harnessing the electrical energy. He andParker suited up and defeated Vanko, Peter and Carol angrily discovered that Vanko is the son of disgraced Russian physicist Anton Vanko, who collaborated on the first arc reactor with Stark's father Howard. Tony ignored the threat and seriousness of the situation as usual. Tony threw what he believes will be his last birthday party and promptly proceeds to get drunk whilst wearing the Mark IV armor, forcing his friend Lt. Colonel James Rhodes to steal the Mark II armor and Spider-Man was forced to subdue him. During all this Toni and Peter began flirting with each other and even after Toni became the Iron Maiden, a relationship blossomed, much to Tony's dismay.. luckily Peter had been dating Black Widow, only to break up with her many months later....


Fury provided Stark with a chest of his father's old artifacts that can hopefully be used to find a cure for his palladium poisoning. Under Coulson's watch, he watched the the film reels in the chest, Stark discovered a message from his father that lead him to the original 1974 diorama of the Stark Expo: in reality, a disguised diagram for the molecular structure of a new element. Stark hand-built a particle accelerator with the aid of his computer J.A.R.V.I.S. and synthesized vibranium creating a new triangular chest arc that cured his poisoning.

Simultaneously, at Stark Expo, Hammer unveiled his new military drones, captained by Rhodes in a heavily-weaponized version of the confiscated Mark II armor. Unfortunately, it is soon discovered that Vanko has complete control of both the drones and Rhodes's new armor, and Stark, Toni and Parker arrived just as they go on the attack. As they engaged these remote-controlled enemies, Happy Hogan and Black Widow raced to Hammer's Queens facility to stop Vanko. By they time they arrived, Vanko departed for the Expo in a new, more powerful suit of armor, but Natalie overridden Vanko's commands to give Rhodes control of his armor again so that the three of us can fight Vanko together. The four of them combine their powers and successfully take Vanko down, but his armor and Hammer's Drones were equipped with self-destruct charges. As they began to go off, Stark raced to save Pepper, rescuing her at the last minute. She and Toni gave the CEO position back to him, and she finally gave Tony a kiss.

Just before they got into all that Avengers business, Pepper and Tony were making Stark Tower ARC reactor powered, and Coulson recruited Tony and his sister to help Spider-Man and the Captain in Germany.

After all that and before Stark Tower was built, At a debriefing, Fury nformed Stark that while he is "unsuitable" for the Avengers Initiative, S.H.I.E.L.D. wanted Iron Man as a consultant. Stark agreed on the condition that Senator Stern presented him,Spider-Man and Col. Rhodes with their medals for bravery...in spite of Jameson's editorials on Spider-Man.

The Avengers

Fury and Commander Parker reactivate the Avengers Initiative. Agent Natasha Romanoff recruited Dr. Bruce Banner in India, while Agent Phil Coulson visits Tony Stark and requests that he reviewedSelvig's research. Fury himself approached Steve Rogers with an assignment to retrieve the Tesseract from Loki; Rogers was familiar with the Tesseract as it played a vital role in his World War II exploits.

Romanoff, Coulson, Rogers, Parker, Toni and Banner meet on the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier before it goes airborne. Dr. Banner is escorted to his lab after a brief meeting with Fury; Banner has been consulted to trace the gamma signature that the Tesseract radiates. After spending some time tracking the whereabouts of the Tesseract on the Helicarrier, a man of Loki's description is located in Europe.

Parker lead a team made up of him, Widow and Cap as they traveled to Stuttgart, Germany to apprehend Loki, who, with the aid of a mind-controlled Barton, is stealing iridium needed to stabilize the Tesseract and demanding worship. After a battle with the heroes, Loki surrenders and is being returned to the Helicarrier in the Quinjet. Thor, Loki's adoptive brother and the Asgardian god of thunder, attempts to free Loki and reason with him. After Spider-Man broke up a fight Iron man had with Thor, and Thor accompanies them to imprison Loki on the Helicarrier.

Peter was less than thrilled at Stark's behavior and tells the two scientists to resume their work and investigates Phase Two, S. H. I. E. L. D.'s top secret weapons program. While all of this is going on, Romanoff speaks one-on-one with Loki, and eventually discovers that he plans on using the Hulk as a means of dismembering the team.

After all of these things come to light, the Avengers are divided over how to deal with Loki and the revelation that S.H.I.E.L.D. plan to harness the Tesseract’s power to develop weapons. Fury admits that the events in New Mexicoa year before made S.H.I.E.L.D. aware of other extraterrestrial races that may threaten Earth. Weapons developed from the Tesseract would form a means of deterrence. As the group argues, Barton and Loki’s possessed agents attack the Helicarrier, disabling its engines. As Iron Man, Cap and Spider-Man attempt to restart the damaged engines, Banner transforms into the Hulk, despite Romanoff's efforts to calm him, and runs amok inside the ship, soon battling Thor. During a fight with Barton, Romanoff discovers that knocking him unconscious breaks Loki's mind control. Loki escapes his cell with the help of a possessed agent and traps Thor in the cell. Coulson confronts Loki in an attempt to rescue Thor, and Loki then stabs Coulson through his back with his staff before ejecting Thor from the ship. Fury confronts the expiring Coulson, who hopes his death can be used to motivate the Avengers into working as a team.

Parker and Stark work out that Loki will orchestrate the alien invasion at Stark's New York-based home, Stark Tower, and that defeating them will not be enough for Loki; he needs to overpower them in a public way so as to validate himself as ruler of Earth. Using a Tesseract-powered interdimensional generator Selvig has built, Loki opens a portal to the Chitauri fleet over Manhattan, summoning an invasion. Spider-Man lead The Avengers in defense of New York, but quickly conclude they will be overwhelmed as wave after wave of Chitauri and Leviathans descend. The Avengers keep their ground to hold off the invasion and evacuate civilians while the Hulk fought off the Leviathans, as Spider-Man fought Loki one on one. Romanoff makes her way to Selvig's device, where Selvig, freed of Loki's control, reveals that Loki's staff can be used to close the portal. Spider-Man defeated Loki.

Meanwhile, Fury's superiors attempt to end the invasion by launching a nuclear missile at Manhattan. Despite Agent Hill and Fury's orders to not fire, a rogue jet launches the missile at Manhattan. Iron Man intercepts it and takes it through the portal toward the Chitauri fleet before running out of power and plummeting back to Earth. The Hulk catches him as he falls. The Avengers then apprehend Loki, who is still weak from his encounter with the Hulk. News channels confirm the legitimacy of the extraterrestrial attack and some Americans regard the Avengers with praise and thanks while others call for their arrests. Thor escorts Loki and the Tesseract back to Asgard to take responsibility for his crimes, a short while later, Peter created his Avengers team consisting of six; him, Tony, Widow, Wasp and Hulk, with two Avengers on rotation; Toni and Fenrir; Peter's dog.


Iron Man III

Much time had passed since the attack on New York, Peter was attending Empire State University, Iron Man and Iron Maiden were attacked by the Mandarin at Tony's Malibu home,Parker was unable to save Happy, and found Pepper in a new armor called the Rescue armor. During the attack, Peter met his childhood friend Carol who was now with S.H.I.E.L.D, and she now had powers. During this, Pepper became Rescue, a new Armored Heroine!

Ultimate Alliance

Not long after the events in New York happened, the day began with Dr. Doom's army launching an attack on the Helicarrier U.N.N. Alpha. Fury sent out a distress call to all available super heroes for assistance. The Avengers responded to the call. Spider-Man and Cap lead the Avengers into various Missions to stop Dr. Doom all the while investigating a possible traitor in their midst. The investigation pointed towards Widow, after a heated debate Widow broke up with Peter but after Doom gained so much power with Loki's help, Spider-Man was forced to take on the Power Cosmic to stop Doom once and for all, but with the promise that he'd use for the most dangerous of foes.
Spider-Man went one on one with Doom, and he used the M'Kraan Crystal and Muonic Inducer to weaken Doom. As the heroes weaken Doom, he is blasted by a bolt of lightning sent by a rejuvenated Odin, leaving nothing but his mask behind....for now. With that, Spider-Man continued his work with S.H.I.E.L.D., leaving Cap and Iron Man to lead the Avengers.

New Avengers

A few years later after Peter graduated ESU, Tony called Peter, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Wolverine, Mockingbird, and The Thing to stop Kang the Conqueror. As it turned out, Kang had attacked The Avengers at Stark Tower, and put The Avengers in limbo. Peter was given command of The New Avengers, but the day turned out bad; the team couldn't work together and attacked Kang wildly. Spider-Man rallied the team together and formulated a plan; while the New Avengers attacked Kang, Spider-Man would destroy Kang's machines. The plan worked and the Avengers were freed. A lo, a new team was born!

Loki's Life debt

After Spider-Man interfered with in a mystical battle between the Ancient One's successor, Doctor Strange and Dormammu, Morwen was accidentally liberated and took possession of stock trader, Tess Black. Unaware that her host was actually a child of the Asgardian God Loki, Morwen warned Spider-Man he could accept her gratitude or die, but Spider-Man worked with Loki to free his daughter without driving her mad in the process. While Spider-Man distracted Morwen, Loki telepathically encouraged Tess to fight back. Morwen was driven back into exile, Tess' memories were erased, and Loki departed indebted to Spider-Man.
Civil War

After The Hulk killed 26 people, and Fury's Secret War happened, the Stamford Incident occurred, Peter tried to stay out of the debate for the Registration, that is until his brother Ben Reilly sided with Tony. When Peter heard this, he sided with the Anti-Registration, then the fighting began. he conflict escalated when Captain America led the anti-registration heroes, known as the Secret Avengers, into an ambush by the pro-registration forces. However Captain America sucker-punched Iron Man with a miniature device that shuts off Iron Man's armor when shaking his hand in agreement to talk about the situation, leading to a public brawl between the pro and anti-registration forces. During the battle, a clone of Thor as sent to assist in the arrest of the anti-registration heroes, but instead killed Goliath by blasting him through his chest. As the pro-registration heroes attempted to control the clone, the Secret Avengers retreated but Cap took the hit for Spider-Man when Tony and Parker began fighting...

Parker and Tony fought much like Grant and Stonewall Jackson had.In order to contain the superpeople unwilling to register, Iron Man and Mr. Fantastic built a prison in the Negative Zone, labelled 'Project 42', it being the 42nd idea they had come up with post-Stamford in order to improve the world. Upon finding out that people who did not agree to register would be imprisoned indefinitely, after Ms Marvel discovered this, she and The Punisher obtained the plans for Project 42 through covertly infiltrating the Baxter Building, home of the Fantastic Four.


The Secret Avengers and their allies reach the prison via Ryker's Island penitentiary, where they are met by Iron Man and the pro-registration forces, as well as a number of supervillains who were being controlled by nanites, having been betrayed by Tigra However Hulking has used his shape-shifting ability to assume the role of Pym, working alongside Iron Man, and had released the incarcerated heroes, leading to an all-star battle between the two sides.

During the fight Cloak teleported the battle to the center of New York City, where the pro-registration forces were joined by the fixed Thor clone and Captain Marvel, and Namor led an army of Atlanteans to assisst the Secret Avengers. Spider-man and Iron Man exchanged blows after Vision II compromised Stark's armor. Parker hammered the final blow with a repulsor blast. During the battle, civilians were finally seeing the registration forces were acting nothing more than the monsters they already feared; they were acting like Super Villains.


Avengers Vs. X-Men

After Parker was put in charge of the Avengers after Steve became Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., Peter was put to the test. A new crisis emerged; the Phoenix was coming... but why? After Wanda came back and helped give every Mutant their powers back, Scott was becoming more violent. Peter stepped in to talk to him, only to find out from Iron Fist; an old friend of his from his Street days, that Hope was to be trained by him. Once negotiations were failing, Scott began a war, that felt much like the Civil War...but worse. Fighting exploded around them.

Once the Phoenix Five were born from Iron Man's insane attempt to kill the Phoenix, the war truly began. In spite of this, Hope began learning everything Spider-Man went through, and Hope concocted a plan that was much like the one the Alliance had used to stop Doom. Before this had a chance to be implemented, Galactus arrived and attacked Earth! The Avengers and X-men united to attack him back. The fighting dragged on for days, until one day, aboard Galactus' ship, Spider-Man and Cyclops decided to finish the war once and for all. Thunderous blows were traded and after hours of fighting, Scarlet Witch and Hope helped Spider-Man defeat Cyclops. Hope and Spider-Man used the Phoenix and the Power Cosmic respectively to defeat Galactus and wish away the Phoenix Force, in the process activating the X-gene that allows the creation of new mutants around the world.

Dying Wish


After building a mind-swapping Octobot, Otto Octavius managed to switch minds and bodies with Peter Parker, putting himself in Spider-Man's body and trapping Peter in his Otto's, dying body.
As Otto now has access to Peter's memories and vice versa, Peter discovered that Otto used an Octobot to switch brain patterns in order to perform his plan.

A few weeks into the supposed "Superior Spider-Man era," after building new a set of tentacles, Peter as Otto went looking for the Octobot that did the mind switch. He went to Tony Stark for help, however, Otto/Peter in a new red and black Spider-Man suit released many Octobot's to battle Peter in Otto's body and the Avengers. After a big battle on Stark Tower, Peter as Otto and Otto as Spider-Man fell, with Peter being wounded almost until the point of death when he hit the ground.


When Peter as Otto tried to use the brain swapping Octobot that he captured, Otto as Peter told him that he was using a Carbonadium helmet, making his brain totally inaccessible for changing brains once again. Otto in Peter's body declared his final victory against Peter by giving him a hard punch to the face. That was when Charles Xavier interfered. He pulled off the helmet, allowing Peter to swap brains with Otto once again.Lady Death appeared, once Otto had been swapped back into his body. Otto begrudgingly accepted that his time had come, That lasted for a few weeks, until when Peter stopped a bank robbery, something forced Spider-man to hurt a criminial... Unbeknownst to Peter, Octavius' consciousness still exists within his body, buried underneath Peter's own, intent on stopping the hero and reclaiming the life he was supposed to destroy however, he didn't count Xavier's consciousness living within Peter, it turned out, Xavier had a hunch that Otto was still in Peter somehow and the two battled for Peter's mind... During a mission with The Avengers and a strange and brief week of having Xavier in his head, Peter observed a second irregularity other than Xavier in his brainwaves, and clashed with the anti-hero Cardiac in order to reclaim a Neurolitic Scanner of Otto's own invention so that he can examine his own mind in greater detail. Making peace with Cardiac after discovering he needed the scanner to treat a young girl's brain injury, Drawing on an alternate Jane Foster's teachings about medicine and operations, Peter helped in the girl's treatment, then used the device on himself and Peter discovered Octavius's presence within his mind.

After Peter found the source of the trouble, using the scanner, Peter and Xavier confront Otto in the landscape of their shared mind,he and Xavier dived in Peter's mind to wipe out the connection and Otto's memories, Otto tried to reverse the situation to wipe out Peter and his memories, but Peter then appeared and stated that Otto will not do that and begins to fight back. Xavier and Peter summoned memories of the X-men to attack Otto to defeat him. However, coming prepared, Otto summons the many villains that Peter has fought in his days as Spider-Man. The villains were beaten back by memories of Peter's Avengers team, The X-men and the Defenders. The villains Otto had summoned began to vanish; they are erased from his mind. After calling Otto a monster, Peter removed his clothes to reveal the original Spider-Man costume, claiming he is the true, "Amazing Spider-Man!", Otto replies with a grin saying the world needs a "Superior Spider-Man!" and ripped off his outer skin to reveal a Superior Spider-Man costume. They fight, questioning each other, who deserves to be the true Spider-Man.

Otto began insulting Peter for attempting to be a "friendly neighborhood Spider-Man", and trying hard to make everyone love him, and Xavier joined the battle, bolstering Peter's will to win. Otto fought Xavier for his "richly deserved life", but Xavier pointed out many of Otto's faults. After a long mental struggle, Xavier and Peter then discovered that the Octobot, in addition to swapping their minds, it also connected them as one. With this, Xavier and Peter forced Otto to relive and see his enemy's most suffering experiences and memories both as Spider-Man and Peter Parker. From his Uncle's death, to Gwen Stacy's death to all the heroic actions Peter has done in the many years as Spider-Man, Peter made Otto see the responsibility his power came with by being Spider-Man. Otto looked to Peter and finally gave up. Before he left, He made Peter promise that he should never second guess his actions as a hero again, that he should never give in to lapses in judgement. With that, Otto gifted Peter with his intellect, ensuring Peter would use it to help make the world better as he(Otto) should have done all those years ago...


Lady Death

When Otto left Peter's body, Lady Death appeared again, and took the Otto memory fragment and rejoined the memories with a ghostly Otto. She took him back to Hell's gates. And with that.. The Amazing Spider-Man was here to stay for a few weeks...

Extremis Rebirth

Peter Parker found himself abducted by A.I.M. and his old powers were taken away. he underwent painful reconstructive surgery, Thanks to a somehow alive Maya Hansen, Peter was given a green gem powered by wind. Parker received his orders— Kill those who have seen A.I.M.'s EXTREMIS soldiers. However, what he doesn't realize is that the two witnesses are Tony's sister; Toni Natasha Stark and his "brother" Ben Reilly. Attacking the two along with AIM soldier Brandt, it is here that Peter remembered his humanity, and has an epiphany with regards to what he should do, and the gem restored him to normal. Despite his efforts, Ben was kidnapped by Brandt, Toni comforted him Blaming himself for Ben's disappearance, Parker asked Madam Web about his new powers, only to be left with an answer: "When the War Monger arrives, you and he shall clash." Parker, having now abandoned A.I.M., visited his partner Natasha, who gave him his motorcycle, the Spider-Cycle. He is then able to defeat Brandt once and for all. Toni. He and his brother two Spiders team up after A.I.M. attempted to kidnap Toni and turn her into an EXTREMIS Soldier, which enraged Spider-Man enough to cause him to destroy Savin, They defeat A.I.M.'s lackies at their island base, Spider-Man lead team of heroes go to confront Killian, the team takes on A.I.M.'s soldiers while Spider-Man and Killian went one on one. After trading many thunderous blows, Spider-Man unleashes a powerful kick, finishing off Killian once and for all. Just as Spider-Man and S.H.I.E.L.D. destroy A.I.M.'s base, Iron Man comes with surprising news, "Thanos is coming."

The Unstoppable Spider-Man

Peter laid flowers on a grave for Otto Octavius' body at an unknown cemetery. . His visit is cut short as he receives news via headset transmitter of a new Sinister Six robbing a science building. Peterk swings into action and is a bit amused that such D-List villains (Shocker, Living Brain, Overdrive, the new Beetle, Speed Demon, and Boomerang) get to take the name of the team Ock created.

He then starts beating them until Speed Demon unleashes a super-speed attack full of fists. Peter retreated. Boomerang throws a boomerang at him but he dodges. It curves back and is about to hit an officer. Spider-Man jumps back in to shield the officer with his own body. Boomerang comes up and is about to cut off Spidey's head when he turns around and used his new wind powers to beat them, he put a Spider-Tracer on Boomerang's back.

For some reason, at this revelation, Boomerang decides to leave along with the rest of the Sinister Six and the officers help Spider-Man up. The officer is grateful for the save and asks what he can do for him. He tells him to ship the Living Brain to Stark Tower where an "associate" (i.e. him) can study it.

Back at Stark Tower, Peter looks over his recent shipping of the Living Brain while a kid named Harley looks on in envy. Peter leaves and Tony appears right behind him and asks Harley if he's seen Peter. Tony goes to Peter's lab and asks him about "helping" Spider-Man. The boy began showing him the few of many revolutionary new technologies he's exploring that could be used for peace. Tony is in awe of Peter's work. He congratulates Peter and credits all this to the name Peter Parker. Just then, a girl named Kasumi that he met a few weeks ago calls Peter for their date.

They go to a restaurant and they talk. Kasumi asks why Peter is wearing a headset at the date. He reveals to her that when he let them go, he put a nano-Spider-Tracer into him and that now he can hear and follow where they are. Kasumi is impressed. She asks him why he isn't going after them when he knows where they are. Peter brushes it off as "I know what I'm doing" as Kasumi vows to help when she can.

At dawn the next day, the new Sinister Six break into Stark Tower and steal equipment. They run outside to see the whole building webbed around. They are surprised to see Spider-Man and Kasumi already there. Speed Demon rushes him but Spider-Man pushes the spider on his chest and Demon slips as Kasumi battle The Beetle Spidey comments that he swept the floor outside to coat it with a material to make it instantaneously friction-less. Spider-Man webs a line so that Speed Demon slips into it with his neck as he's slipping to stop him.

The villains are shocked at the brutality as Spidey clicks his spider again. The lights around them turn red. The lights are a power dampening field. The new Beetle collapses as the armor she's wearing is nonfunctional. Shocker's gauntlets are nullified and Overdrive's hijacked Wheel is useless. Spider-Man webs the Wheel vehicle and makes it tumble on Shocker. Norah Winters congratulates Spidey and Boomerang wonders why the press are here. As it turns out, a fanboy employee called them a while ago so that everybody could witness the defeat of the new Sinister Six.

Spider-Man lunges at Boomerang just as the battle reaches its climax, the battle ends with Spider-Man using his Web WhirlWind Kick to end the battle. The officers arrive and are about to cart the team of super-villains away.

Personality

This version of Peter Parker is at first was a joker, and so happy-go lucky, after the events of The Avengers made Peter more responsible and commanding, more of a brave and righteous hero with an indomitable sense of justice and responsibility. This Peter feels he must live up to his father's legacy and finish what he started. He is a brilliant individual, with exceptional skill in practically every field of science, and is an excellent inventor. He is an accomplished chemist and physicist. He possesses enough confidence in this field to invent his trademark webshooters. One of Spider-Man's most prominent traits is his sense of humor. He still cracks jokes but when it comes to serious BIG TIME villains like Magneto, the jokes stop, and the fight is on!

Powers

Spider-Sense: Spider-Man possesses an extrasensory "danger" or "spider" sense which warns him of potential immediate danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in the back of his skull, and links with his superhuman kinesthetics, enabling him to evade most any injuries, unless he cognitively overrides his automatic reflexes. The precise nature of this sense is unknown. It appears to be a simultaneous clairvoyant response to a wide variety of phenomena (everything from falling safes to speeding bullets to thrown punches), which has given several hundredths of a second warning, which is sufficient time for his reflexes to allow him to avoid injury. The sense can also create a general response on the order of several minutes: he cannot discern the nature of the threat by the sensation. He can, however, discern the severity of the danger by the strength of his response to it. Spider-Man's spider-sense is directional and can guide him to or away from hidden weapons and enemies. Sudden and extreme threats can cause his spider-sense to react with painful intensity. Spider-Man can also sense and dodge attacks directed randomly or by a computer. Using his spider-sense to time his enhanced reflexes, Spider-Man can casually dodge attacks up to and including automatic-weapons fire, provided there is sufficient distance. His spider-sense is sufficiently well-linked to his reflexes to the point that a threat can trigger them even when Spider-Man is asleep or stunned. His spider-sense has helped him preserve his secret identity since it alerts him to observers or cameras when changing into or out of his costume. The spider-sense does react to those who Peter does not consider to be a threat. Spider-Man can choose to ignore his spider-sense and distraction or fatigue diminish its effectiveness. Spider-Man's fighting style incorporates the advantage that his "spider-sense" provides him. His body begins to produce more adrenaline after the sense is triggered, an extension of the 'fight or flight syndrome.' A tingling sensation in Peter's skull warns him of danger, where it is coming from and how to avoid it. The stronger the tingling, the more imminent and threatening the danger is. Peter can ignore it through intense concentration, and if he is exhausted or distracted it can lose some effectiveness. This power is passive and not controlled by Peter. However, it seems that this version of Spider-Man's spider-sense is more powerful than any of his alternates as he was able to sense the police heading towards the bridge when the Lizard was going after Ratha all the way from Stacy's building, meaning he can sense danger from literally miles away.

Superhuman Senses: His senses are heightened, specifically his sight as he no longer needs his glasses after the spider bite.

Superhuman Strength: Spider-Man possesses superhuman strength enabling him to press lift approximately 5 tons. Spider-Man's physical strength is sufficient to lift and throw objects as heavy as most standard automobiles with ease. He must also pull his punches and kicks unless fighting someone of similar or greater physical durability. Otherwise, his blows would prove fatal to a normal human being. He has demonstrated that he is strong enough to enable him to knock out people with normal durability with as little as a tap to the head. Spider-Man's physical strength also extends into his legs, enabling him the ability to jump to a height of several stories in a single bound. As Spider-Man has not fully grown to adulthood, he is not as strong as his comic version yet. However, when and if Peter reaches adulthood, it would be assumed that he would be able to lift 10 tons like his adult comic version. Nonetheless, Peter's muscles are stronger and more efficient as a result of the spider's bite. He is shown to be able to easily overpower normal humans, destroy everyday items with one strike such as his alarm clock, shatter the backboard of a basketball hoop in the school gym and doing the same to the front door glass panel at home, pull apart guns, swing at high velocities on a rope or web, and was able to hold a van with one hand while hanging from a web. The van most likely weighs more than 2 tons. Although he appeared to be exerting a lot of effort and it appeared he could not hold on too long. His strength also allows him to jump higher and farther than a normal human, easily capable of jumping from one building over a street to the next his strength is rivaled by the lizard possibly until he reaches adulthood.

Superhuman Speed: Spider-Man can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete, though the exact extent of this speed has yet to be determined. When a car thief tried to take a car, Spider-Man was already in the back. Upon the thief getting out of the car, Spidey was already out of the back seat and behind him he is slightly faster than the lizard.

Superhuman Stamina: Spider-Man's advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This allows him to exert himself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair him. At his peak, Spider-Man can physically exert himself for several hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.

Superhuman Durability: Spider-Man's body is physically tougher and more resistant to some types of injury than the body of a normal human. His body is more resistant to impact forces than anything else. He can withstand great impacts, such as falling from a height of several stories or being struck by a superhumanly strong opponent, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no discomfort. As a result of his mutation, Peter's muscles and flesh are tougher than a normal human. He was capable of sustaining a fall onto a car that broke the windshield without any serious injury or discomfort.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Peter's metabolism is greater thus allowing him to heal faster than a normal human. He is also more immune to toxins and alcohol and drugs will lose their effects quicker. It is unknown if his healing is fast enough to effect his ageing yet or if it ever will possibly from minor injuries he will heal from them in a matter of seconds possibly from serious injuries he will heal from them in a matter of minutes or hours.

Superhuman Agility: Spider-Man's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. Spider-Man is extraordinarily limber and his tendons and connective tissues are twice as elastic as the average human being's, despite their enhanced strength. He has the combined agility and acrobatic prowess of the most accomplished circus aerialists and acrobats. He can also perform any complicated sequence of gymnastic stunts such as flips, rolls, and springs. He can easily match or top any Olympic record at gymnastics apparatus such as flying rings, climbing ropes, horizontal bars, and trampolines. Due to his incredible strength and flexibility, Peter is extremely acrobatic and is able to preform high jumps, somersaults, flips and the like he is slightly more agile than The Lizard.

Superhuman Equilibrium: Spider-Man possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow. He has developed a unique fighting style that has made full use of his agility, strength, and equilibrium.

Superhuman Reflexes: Spider-Man's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about 15 times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with his spider-sense, the speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack, even direct gunfire, if he is far enough away he is slightly more flexible than The Lizard.

Wall-Crawling: Peter has super-strong hairs on his palms and feet that allow him to stick to any surface. This ability appears to be consciously used and is so far limited to Spider-Man's body (especially concentrated in his hands and feet) and another object, with an upper limit of several tons per finger. The full nature of this ability has yet to be established but it seems that like the comic version of the Spider-Man clone Kaine, he is capable of using this combined with his strength to uproot objects from their place without having to fully use his hands such as when he pulled open the back window of a van that he suspend with his webs to save a boy still stuck in the van and he did with ease.

Wind Manipulation: Ever since his upgrade, Peter can control the powers of wind very easily. to create winds of any strength, including tornadoes, and even siphon the air out of others lungs. They are able to generate breezes, squalls, gusts, whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes. He even uses the wind to boost his webs and attacks.

Abilities

Indomitable Will: Spider-Man has a strong force of will, completely free of evil and temptation. He has struggled to balance his life as a student and his superhero duties.

Genius Intellect: Academically gifted, Peter displays an uncanny affinity for science, mathematics, mechanics, biology, and physics. Peter is very smart, specifically in chemistry and physics. He is smart enough to perfect his father's webbing formula and to construct working mechanical web-shooters. He also apparently solves a formula that is key to creating the formula that mutates Curt Connors into the Lizard. He was able to create a device to lock and open his room door through a command switch. Also, upon starting his crime-fighting career, he created a device out of a cell phone to listen to police scans about crimes happening. He is a brilliant individual, with exceptional skill in practically every field of science, and is an excellent inventor. He is an accomplished chemist and physicist. He possesses enough confidence in this field to invent his trademark webshooters and his intellect was augmented thanks to a ghostly Doc Ock.

Skilled Photographer: Peter takes excellent pictures

Skilled Acrobat: Thanks to his great strength and phenomenal equilibrium, Peter is an excellent athlete, excelling in all gymnastic fields and being able to perform every acrobatic stunt ever performed, including others that can never be performed by even an Olympic acrobat. Due to his superhuman physical abilities, Peter easily surpasses normal acrobats and is able to preform somersaults, flips, spins, cartwheels, etc.
Skilled Combatant: Thanks to Peter's amazing superhuman physiology, acrobatic powers and spider sense, he is an excellent hand-to-hand combatant using a fighting style derived from his spider-like abilities, he made his own street style that could rival virtually any combatant out of sheer volatility to standard fighting techniques (e.g. webbing, wall crawling, super strength to lift heavy objects, etc.) Using a mixture of his superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, speed, equilibrium, Spider-sense, and web-shooters, Peter is able to utilize an devastating acrobatic fighting style that makes him a formidable opponent and allowed him to easily take down thugs, cops (be it regular officers or SWAT officers) and even the more physically powerful Lizard.

Web-Slinging: Peter uses his web-shooters to travel by swinging on web-lines. Combined with his spider abilities, he can move at amazing speeds throughout the urban chasms of Manhattan. It is unknown how fast but he seems to be able to cover much of the city in a considerable amount of time.

Advanced Tactician and Strategist:Thanks to Captain America's lessons, Peter is able to formulate battle strategies and his brilliant tactical sense allows him to alter any strategy to fit the changing need of the situation. A prime example is when he formulated the plan during the Chitauri assault on New York, first in organizing first responders to protect the civilian population, and then re-deploying other members of The Avengers to best defend the city with their limited resources (even the usually anti-authoritarian Tony Stark recognizes Parker tactical abilities and accepts his assignment).

Artificial Lungs: Due to his upgrade, Peter can recycle oxygen for two hours when in space or in water.

Air Manipulation: Peter can manipulate air molecules to create winds of any strength, including tornadoes, and even siphon the air out of others' lungs. Peter is able to generate breezes, squalls, gusts, whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes.

Equipment

Web-Shooters: Parker's brilliance at physical science allowed him to create web-shooters for use when he became Spider-Man. The twin devices worn on his wrists are able to shoot thin strands of a special "web fluid" at high pressure. Spider-Man's webs can be used to ensnare and immobilize his opponents. Also, Spider-Man moves through locations by shooting a web-line and attaching it to an object (most often a building). He then swings, shoots another web-line, attaches it, and repeats the process. It appears to be able to hold more than,one web cartridge in case more is needed.

Power Cosmic: The Power Cosmic is the name of a vast source of limitless godly cosmic energy and power primarily wielded by the god-like cosmic entity Galactus. The Power
Cosmic allows Galactus to employ the available absorbed cosmic energies within him to produce nearly any effect he desires, including size-alteration, the molecular restructuring and transmutation of matter, the teleportation of objects—even entire galaxies—across space and time, the creation of force fields, the creation of interdimensional portals, telepathy, telekinesis, and cosmic awareness on a universal scale. Galactus has even been shown as capable of creating sentient life, resurrecting the dead, manipulating mortal souls and remaking dead worlds—including their populations—in every detail. However, Peter possess a certain measure of the Power Cosmic that must be used in the most extreme circumstances only.

Web Fluid: A shear-thinning liquid, virtually solid until a shearing force is applied to it, rendering it fluid, whose exact formula remains unknown, but is rumored to be related to nylon. The web line’s tensile strength is estimated to be 120 pounds per square millimeter of cross section. Looking at his father's research, Peter was able to perfect a fluid that mimicked a spider's webbing, although it was much stronger.

Spider-Man Suit: Using his knitting skills Peter crafts a costume that would make him mobile but however does not offer much in terms of protection as it can tear easily by
impact with objects and more. later on, it was reinforced with Kevlar, Beta Cloth, and Nomex, and after Peter's nanotech power up, the suit is able to transform into other Spider-Suits. After he nearly died, his suit was given the Extremis upgrade and mysteriously has given him wind powers.

Spider-Cycle: The Spider-Cycle is especially made for Spider-Man to reach a point at a faster rate and relieves sustained muscle strength from his reliable use of slinging with his web shooters. When not used for saving the world, Peter uses it as his ride. Its civilian form is a red 2013 Honda cbr1000rr Fireblade.

Attacks and Moves:

Cyclone Punch: Peter can project air around his fists to increase his punch's powers.

Web Punch: Peter can wrap his fists in Webbing and barrage them with punches

Web Whirlwind Kick: After a monster or villain is weakened from fighting, Peter jumps up high into the air or jumps back into the air, a whirling red and blue web made of wind will coat itself around his foot. His foot will hit the foe and the enemy will explode. ]]>

Early life

During Peter's childhood, he was forced to raise Carol Danvers after her father had been ignoring her due to being a girl, and his parents' disappearance when he was just four years old, Peter Parker and Carol Danvers moved in with his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Although Peter was certainly not one of the popular kids, he thrived in most of his studies, particularly science. He had always been attracted to fellow student, Gwen Stacy, who was not only attractive, but was also the top of their high school class.Peter was bullied by fellow classmate Flash Thompson fairly often. Flash tried to get Peter to take a picture to humiliate another kid that he was bullying in, but, Peter refused. This lead to a brief fight in the cafeteria.

Becoming a spider

A few months prior to the events with the cross-species plague, Peter followed clues suggesting a link to his parents' disappearance to Tony Stark and Dr. Curt Connors at the Stark-Oscorp Coalition Tower, where his father used to work. Though Peter and his teacher Dr. Banner did briefly encounter Stark, Connors, it was the bite from a genetically altered spider he recieved after sneaking into a restricted area that would change his life forever, that and Banner's first Hulk-Out. Soon after, Peter found himself blessed with remarkable strength and agility.These powers would lead him to become the masked hero Spider-Man, but because of this, Peter would come home late at night, often to his aunt and uncle's questioning toward this. One night when Peter came home late, Ben had been fed up with him always being late, he demanded that Peter apologize to his aunt, only for Peter to storm out of the house, slamming and breaking the glass in the door. Ben went out to look for him, only to be confronted by a man with a gun at the house, who was running from the police. Ben tried to stop the man, but was shot in the stomach.

After Ben's murder, Peter learned that with great power came great responsibility, he began to grow up...fast and as Spider-Man, dedicated his time to helping law enforcement capture and arrest criminals of all kind.

Peter's first great challenge as Spider-Man came partly at his own hands: he helped Connors develop the serum that would eventually lead to his new mentor's transformation into the Lizard, a monstrous cross-species creation that terrorized Manhattan. Peter had already fought the Lizard twice by that time, once in the sewers, while Spider-Man was testing out his camera and the Lizard attacked and tried to kill him but a mysterious woman code named Black Widow saved him, mainly because he did not want the citizens of New York to know of his existence and again at Peter's school, after the Lizard found out that Peter was Spider-Man, he battled him through the hallways of the school while students evacuated, when it looked as though the Lizard was going to kill him, Gwen Stacy intervened and attacked the Lizard with a chair. The Lizard left the school and went back beneath the waters and into the sewers.

Atop Oscorp Tower, the Lizard planned to use a reptilian DNA sample to infect the citizens of New York City with. Spider-Man and Black Widow arrived to stop what Connors was doing, but was stopped himself by the Lizard. The two faced off, resulting in the narrowest of victories for Spider-Man.

As Captain Stacy held off the Lizard, Peter climbed to the device the Lizard was using and planned to install the healing DNA that Captain Stacy had given to him. Unfortunately, Stacy was seriously injured by the beast, as it had impaled Stacy in the chest. Spider-Man eventually stopped Lizard and joined Captain Stacy for his last moments.

After that, Nick Fury approached Peter about the Avengers Iniative Peter had discovered in his father's briefcase. Peter told him that he was in.


The end of an era

Despite the dying wish of Gwen's father that she and Peter have nothing to do with one another, the two remained friends. Peter and Carol visited her and Tony at the new, revamped Stark Coalition Tower after Peter swore Carol to secrecy about Spider-Man , and met the new head of the robotics division, Doctor Alistaire Smythe. Although he was determined to erase any trace of Connors and his cross-species legacy, Smythe seemed too good to be true, and Peter and Tony suspected a hidden agenda. At this time, Peter had temporarily moved out from his aunt's house and had started house-sitting for an old Parker family friend, Stan. However, his aunt wanted him to return home immediately after summer.As for the cross-species; the ones that were remaining weren't going down without a fight, as a bevy of beasties broke out of Stark-Oscorp and infected countless people with their monstrous virus, including Gwen and Smythe. Spider-Man and Tony realized that the only person that could help stop this new menace was the old menace Spider-Man once defeated: Curt Connors. The Lizard, himself.

The cross-species plague

Things took a strange turn now, as Spider-Man helped Connors escape from the Beloit Psychiatric Hospital, where he was placed after the incident. Together, they put aside their differences and developed a serum that could save Gwen and the others from turning into cross-species. But Spider-Man rushed the serum back to Oscorp before it was successfully tested. Smythe took the serum out of Spidey's hands and used it first, but it didn't make him better. It paralyzed Smythe's legs. Spider-Man was now at the top of his 'Most Wanted' list.

And Spider-Man wasn't too happy with Connors and Stark either; he suspected the Lizard may have been behind Connors' failed serum. after having a falling out with Stark, Spider-Man collapsed from exhaustion, and awoke to Connors' stunning realization: the key to creating the perfect antidote lied in the blood of the only person to successfully control his cross-species nature, Spider-Man. Spider-Man raced back to Oscorp to administer the new and improved serum and narrowly saved Gwen's life.

After the St. Gabriel Bank break in was stopped, the chaos was just beginning; the infection spread to the streets, and Doctor Smythe, bent on vengeance, sent his robot army out to exterminate anyone with the virus. And he gave Spider-Man a special gift, a nanobot cocktail that took his powers, and was slowly taking his life. His powers now gone and health fading fast, Spider-Man collapsed in Connors' secret underground lab, unable to stop the robot invasion above. With no other choice, Connors made the agonizing decision to transform into the Lizard one last time to take on Smythe's army.

Spider-Man returns and second battle with Lizard

Gwen realized that Spider-Man could regain his powers with a jolt of electricity that would short-circuit the bots in his bloodstream. So, as Carol flew him into battle, Peter tried that, and he became Spider-Man once more. He and the Lizard defeated Smythe and the robots, but Connors' reptilian side took over, and it was time for the Lizard's rematch against Spidey. Peter did not have any interest in fighting him, even pleading not too. Regardless, he was attacked. After trading dozens of thunderous blows, Spider-Man and Iron Man subdued the Lizard and returned Connors to Beloit, where he wanted to stay all along.Spider-Man helped administer the antidote to the remainder of the city, so Peter finally had time to relax with Gwen. This ordeal brought them closer together and Peter now loves Gwen more than ever. He is still currently house-sitting for Stan, and Gwen visits him frequently.


Iron Man I

Peter, Gwen, Carol and Colonel James Rhodes attended a ceremony to present Tony with an award for Tony and Pete's work, but Stark did not attend. Obadiah Stane accepted the award in his honor. Rhodey and Peter later found Stark partying in a casino on his way out, a reporter named Christine approached Stark with some questions regarding the ethics of his weapons business. He flirted with her and the two ended up spending the night together.

Tony talked with Rhodey and Peter, as it turned out, Rhodey and Parker were unhappy about his lax attitude, and he tried to get them to relax. Before long , while Peter was doing business calls, Rhodey and I were drunk and leering at the stewardesses. After getting free of the Ten Rings' clutches, Stane was angered that Tony shut down the weapons place. Parker contaced Fury about this situation.


After all that, Tony constructed the Mark II Iron Man armor after a few.. hilarious tests...then he made the Mark III which was gray then gold then red and gold.He almost caused an incident lucky thing Rhodey diffused it so fast." He looked at Tony's ARC reactor. "He showed Stane that thing, and well later Pepper had to help him replace it with a new one."

Parker and Pepper discovered Stark in the MK III after taking down a terrorist cell."Pepper and I had gone to Stane's office, they met up with Coulson and went to where Stane's Iron Monger suit was hidden. Boom. Iron Monger attacked, and Parker and Stark suited up to take him on.

Tony raced over there in the MK III after Stane had almost unplugged me. Spider-Man and I fought the Iron Monger. Gwen activated the reactor.. and well..she died taking Stane down. After that fight, Tony held a press-conference and said ,"I am Iron Man."" ,At Peter's behest, Fury visited Tony. He told Stark that as Iron Man, he has become part of a larger universe. Stark asked for Fury was. He told Stark he had to talk with him about "The Avenger Initiative." Meanwhile, Carol went off to West Point.

Iron Man 2

This man; Anton Vanko died after telling his son Ivan Vanko on what to do. The guy created his own set of whips."

Tony had launched the Expo a few months he exposed himself, He was, still vilified by the United States government, and Senator Stern in particular, who demanded that he hand his armor technology over for military application. Tony refused and, publicly shamed his rival Justin Hammer in the process by highlighting his own failed attempts at recreating the technology. after Stark discovered he was dying he gave his sister Toni and former personal assistant Pepper Potts CEO of Stark Industries, replacing her with Natalie Rushman.


Recklessly racing in Monaco, Stark was attacked by Ivan Vanko, who has constructed a miniaturized arc reactor of his own, including whip-like attachments harnessing the electrical energy. He andParker suited up and defeated Vanko, Peter and Carol angrily discovered that Vanko is the son of disgraced Russian physicist Anton Vanko, who collaborated on the first arc reactor with Stark's father Howard. Tony ignored the threat and seriousness of the situation as usual. Tony threw what he believes will be his last birthday party and promptly proceeds to get drunk whilst wearing the Mark IV armor, forcing his friend Lt. Colonel James Rhodes to steal the Mark II armor and Spider-Man was forced to subdue him. During all this Toni and Peter began flirting with each other and even after Toni became the Iron Maiden, a relationship blossomed, much to Tony's dismay.. luckily Peter had been dating Black Widow, only to break up with her many months later....


Fury provided Stark with a chest of his father's old artifacts that can hopefully be used to find a cure for his palladium poisoning. Under Coulson's watch, he watched the the film reels in the chest, Stark discovered a message from his father that lead him to the original 1974 diorama of the Stark Expo: in reality, a disguised diagram for the molecular structure of a new element. Stark hand-built a particle accelerator with the aid of his computer J.A.R.V.I.S. and synthesized vibranium creating a new triangular chest arc that cured his poisoning.

Simultaneously, at Stark Expo, Hammer unveiled his new military drones, captained by Rhodes in a heavily-weaponized version of the confiscated Mark II armor. Unfortunately, it is soon discovered that Vanko has complete control of both the drones and Rhodes's new armor, and Stark, Toni and Parker arrived just as they go on the attack. As they engaged these remote-controlled enemies, Happy Hogan and Black Widow raced to Hammer's Queens facility to stop Vanko. By they time they arrived, Vanko departed for the Expo in a new, more powerful suit of armor, but Natalie overridden Vanko's commands to give Rhodes control of his armor again so that the three of us can fight Vanko together. The four of them combine their powers and successfully take Vanko down, but his armor and Hammer's Drones were equipped with self-destruct charges. As they began to go off, Stark raced to save Pepper, rescuing her at the last minute. She and Toni gave the CEO position back to him, and she finally gave Tony a kiss.

Just before they got into all that Avengers business, Pepper and Tony were making Stark Tower ARC reactor powered, and Coulson recruited Tony and his sister to help Spider-Man and the Captain in Germany.

After all that and before Stark Tower was built, At a debriefing, Fury nformed Stark that while he is "unsuitable" for the Avengers Initiative, S.H.I.E.L.D. wanted Iron Man as a consultant. Stark agreed on the condition that Senator Stern presented him,Spider-Man and Col. Rhodes with their medals for bravery...in spite of Jameson's editorials on Spider-Man.

The Avengers

Fury and Commander Parker reactivate the Avengers Initiative. Agent Natasha Romanoff recruited Dr. Bruce Banner in India, while Agent Phil Coulson visits Tony Stark and requests that he reviewedSelvig's research. Fury himself approached Steve Rogers with an assignment to retrieve the Tesseract from Loki; Rogers was familiar with the Tesseract as it played a vital role in his World War II exploits.

Romanoff, Coulson, Rogers, Parker, Toni and Banner meet on the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier before it goes airborne. Dr. Banner is escorted to his lab after a brief meeting with Fury; Banner has been consulted to trace the gamma signature that the Tesseract radiates. After spending some time tracking the whereabouts of the Tesseract on the Helicarrier, a man of Loki's description is located in Europe.

Parker lead a team made up of him, Widow and Cap as they traveled to Stuttgart, Germany to apprehend Loki, who, with the aid of a mind-controlled Barton, is stealing iridium needed to stabilize the Tesseract and demanding worship. After a battle with the heroes, Loki surrenders and is being returned to the Helicarrier in the Quinjet. Thor, Loki's adoptive brother and the Asgardian god of thunder, attempts to free Loki and reason with him. After Spider-Man broke up a fight Iron man had with Thor, and Thor accompanies them to imprison Loki on the Helicarrier.

Peter was less than thrilled at Stark's behavior and tells the two scientists to resume their work and investigates Phase Two, S. H. I. E. L. D.'s top secret weapons program. While all of this is going on, Romanoff speaks one-on-one with Loki, and eventually discovers that he plans on using the Hulk as a means of dismembering the team.

After all of these things come to light, the Avengers are divided over how to deal with Loki and the revelation that S.H.I.E.L.D. plan to harness the Tesseract’s power to develop weapons. Fury admits that the events in New Mexicoa year before made S.H.I.E.L.D. aware of other extraterrestrial races that may threaten Earth. Weapons developed from the Tesseract would form a means of deterrence. As the group argues, Barton and Loki’s possessed agents attack the Helicarrier, disabling its engines. As Iron Man, Cap and Spider-Man attempt to restart the damaged engines, Banner transforms into the Hulk, despite Romanoff's efforts to calm him, and runs amok inside the ship, soon battling Thor. During a fight with Barton, Romanoff discovers that knocking him unconscious breaks Loki's mind control. Loki escapes his cell with the help of a possessed agent and traps Thor in the cell. Coulson confronts Loki in an attempt to rescue Thor, and Loki then stabs Coulson through his back with his staff before ejecting Thor from the ship. Fury confronts the expiring Coulson, who hopes his death can be used to motivate the Avengers into working as a team.

Parker and Stark work out that Loki will orchestrate the alien invasion at Stark's New York-based home, Stark Tower, and that defeating them will not be enough for Loki; he needs to overpower them in a public way so as to validate himself as ruler of Earth. Using a Tesseract-powered interdimensional generator Selvig has built, Loki opens a portal to the Chitauri fleet over Manhattan, summoning an invasion. Spider-Man lead The Avengers in defense of New York, but quickly conclude they will be overwhelmed as wave after wave of Chitauri and Leviathans descend. The Avengers keep their ground to hold off the invasion and evacuate civilians while the Hulk fought off the Leviathans, as Spider-Man fought Loki one on one. Romanoff makes her way to Selvig's device, where Selvig, freed of Loki's control, reveals that Loki's staff can be used to close the portal. Spider-Man defeated Loki.

Meanwhile, Fury's superiors attempt to end the invasion by launching a nuclear missile at Manhattan. Despite Agent Hill and Fury's orders to not fire, a rogue jet launches the missile at Manhattan. Iron Man intercepts it and takes it through the portal toward the Chitauri fleet before running out of power and plummeting back to Earth. The Hulk catches him as he falls. The Avengers then apprehend Loki, who is still weak from his encounter with the Hulk. News channels confirm the legitimacy of the extraterrestrial attack and some Americans regard the Avengers with praise and thanks while others call for their arrests. Thor escorts Loki and the Tesseract back to Asgard to take responsibility for his crimes, a short while later, Peter created his Avengers team consisting of six; him, Tony, Widow, Wasp and Hulk, with two Avengers on rotation; Toni and Fenrir; Peter's dog.


Iron Man III

Much time had passed since the attack on New York, Peter was attending Empire State University, Iron Man and Iron Maiden were attacked by the Mandarin at Tony's Malibu home,Parker was unable to save Happy, and found Pepper in a new armor called the Rescue armor. During the attack, Peter met his childhood friend Carol who was now with S.H.I.E.L.D, and she now had powers. During this, Pepper became Rescue, a new Armored Heroine!

Ultimate Alliance

Not long after the events in New York happened, the day began with Dr. Doom's army launching an attack on the Helicarrier U.N.N. Alpha. Fury sent out a distress call to all available super heroes for assistance. The Avengers responded to the call. Spider-Man and Cap lead the Avengers into various Missions to stop Dr. Doom all the while investigating a possible traitor in their midst. The investigation pointed towards Widow, after a heated debate Widow broke up with Peter but after Doom gained so much power with Loki's help, Spider-Man was forced to take on the Power Cosmic to stop Doom once and for all, but with the promise that he'd use for the most dangerous of foes.
Spider-Man went one on one with Doom, and he used the M'Kraan Crystal and Muonic Inducer to weaken Doom. As the heroes weaken Doom, he is blasted by a bolt of lightning sent by a rejuvenated Odin, leaving nothing but his mask behind....for now. With that, Spider-Man continued his work with S.H.I.E.L.D., leaving Cap and Iron Man to lead the Avengers.

New Avengers

A few years later after Peter graduated ESU, Tony called Peter, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Wolverine, Mockingbird, and The Thing to stop Kang the Conqueror. As it turned out, Kang had attacked The Avengers at Stark Tower, and put The Avengers in limbo. Peter was given command of The New Avengers, but the day turned out bad; the team couldn't work together and attacked Kang wildly. Spider-Man rallied the team together and formulated a plan; while the New Avengers attacked Kang, Spider-Man would destroy Kang's machines. The plan worked and the Avengers were freed. A lo, a new team was born!

Loki's Life debt

After Spider-Man interfered with in a mystical battle between the Ancient One's successor, Doctor Strange and Dormammu, Morwen was accidentally liberated and took possession of stock trader, Tess Black. Unaware that her host was actually a child of the Asgardian God Loki, Morwen warned Spider-Man he could accept her gratitude or die, but Spider-Man worked with Loki to free his daughter without driving her mad in the process. While Spider-Man distracted Morwen, Loki telepathically encouraged Tess to fight back. Morwen was driven back into exile, Tess' memories were erased, and Loki departed indebted to Spider-Man.
Civil War

After The Hulk killed 26 people, and Fury's Secret War happened, the Stamford Incident occurred, Peter tried to stay out of the debate for the Registration, that is until his brother Ben Reilly sided with Tony. When Peter heard this, he sided with the Anti-Registration, then the fighting began. he conflict escalated when Captain America led the anti-registration heroes, known as the Secret Avengers, into an ambush by the pro-registration forces. However Captain America sucker-punched Iron Man with a miniature device that shuts off Iron Man's armor when shaking his hand in agreement to talk about the situation, leading to a public brawl between the pro and anti-registration forces. During the battle, a clone of Thor as sent to assist in the arrest of the anti-registration heroes, but instead killed Goliath by blasting him through his chest. As the pro-registration heroes attempted to control the clone, the Secret Avengers retreated but Cap took the hit for Spider-Man when Tony and Parker began fighting...

Parker and Tony fought much like Grant and Stonewall Jackson had.In order to contain the superpeople unwilling to register, Iron Man and Mr. Fantastic built a prison in the Negative Zone, labelled 'Project 42', it being the 42nd idea they had come up with post-Stamford in order to improve the world. Upon finding out that people who did not agree to register would be imprisoned indefinitely, after Ms Marvel discovered this, she and The Punisher obtained the plans for Project 42 through covertly infiltrating the Baxter Building, home of the Fantastic Four.


The Secret Avengers and their allies reach the prison via Ryker's Island penitentiary, where they are met by Iron Man and the pro-registration forces, as well as a number of supervillains who were being controlled by nanites, having been betrayed by Tigra However Hulking has used his shape-shifting ability to assume the role of Pym, working alongside Iron Man, and had released the incarcerated heroes, leading to an all-star battle between the two sides.

During the fight Cloak teleported the battle to the center of New York City, where the pro-registration forces were joined by the fixed Thor clone and Captain Marvel, and Namor led an army of Atlanteans to assisst the Secret Avengers. Spider-man and Iron Man exchanged blows after Vision II compromised Stark's armor. Parker hammered the final blow with a repulsor blast. During the battle, civilians were finally seeing the registration forces were acting nothing more than the monsters they already feared; they were acting like Super Villains.


Avengers Vs. X-Men

After Parker was put in charge of the Avengers after Steve became Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., Peter was put to the test. A new crisis emerged; the Phoenix was coming... but why? After Wanda came back and helped give every Mutant their powers back, Scott was becoming more violent. Peter stepped in to talk to him, only to find out from Iron Fist; an old friend of his from his Street days, that Hope was to be trained by him. Once negotiations were failing, Scott began a war, that felt much like the Civil War...but worse. Fighting exploded around them.

Once the Phoenix Five were born from Iron Man's insane attempt to kill the Phoenix, the war truly began. In spite of this, Hope began learning everything Spider-Man went through, and Hope concocted a plan that was much like the one the Alliance had used to stop Doom. Before this had a chance to be implemented, Galactus arrived and attacked Earth! The Avengers and X-men united to attack him back. The fighting dragged on for days, until one day, aboard Galactus' ship, Spider-Man and Cyclops decided to finish the war once and for all. Thunderous blows were traded and after hours of fighting, Scarlet Witch and Hope helped Spider-Man defeat Cyclops. Hope and Spider-Man used the Phoenix and the Power Cosmic respectively to defeat Galactus and wish away the Phoenix Force, in the process activating the X-gene that allows the creation of new mutants around the world.

Dying Wish


After building a mind-swapping Octobot, Otto Octavius managed to switch minds and bodies with Peter Parker, putting himself in Spider-Man's body and trapping Peter in his Otto's, dying body.
As Otto now has access to Peter's memories and vice versa, Peter discovered that Otto used an Octobot to switch brain patterns in order to perform his plan.

A few weeks into the supposed "Superior Spider-Man era," after building new a set of tentacles, Peter as Otto went looking for the Octobot that did the mind switch. He went to Tony Stark for help, however, Otto/Peter in a new red and black Spider-Man suit released many Octobot's to battle Peter in Otto's body and the Avengers. After a big battle on Stark Tower, Peter as Otto and Otto as Spider-Man fell, with Peter being wounded almost until the point of death when he hit the ground.


When Peter as Otto tried to use the brain swapping Octobot that he captured, Otto as Peter told him that he was using a Carbonadium helmet, making his brain totally inaccessible for changing brains once again. Otto in Peter's body declared his final victory against Peter by giving him a hard punch to the face. That was when Charles Xavier interfered. He pulled off the helmet, allowing Peter to swap brains with Otto once again.Lady Death appeared, once Otto had been swapped back into his body. Otto begrudgingly accepted that his time had come, That lasted for a few weeks, until when Peter stopped a bank robbery, something forced Spider-man to hurt a criminial... Unbeknownst to Peter, Octavius' consciousness still exists within his body, buried underneath Peter's own, intent on stopping the hero and reclaiming the life he was supposed to destroy however, he didn't count Xavier's consciousness living within Peter, it turned out, Xavier had a hunch that Otto was still in Peter somehow and the two battled for Peter's mind... During a mission with The Avengers and a strange and brief week of having Xavier in his head, Peter observed a second irregularity other than Xavier in his brainwaves, and clashed with the anti-hero Cardiac in order to reclaim a Neurolitic Scanner of Otto's own invention so that he can examine his own mind in greater detail. Making peace with Cardiac after discovering he needed the scanner to treat a young girl's brain injury, Drawing on an alternate Jane Foster's teachings about medicine and operations, Peter helped in the girl's treatment, then used the device on himself and Peter discovered Octavius's presence within his mind.



Removing Otto from his head...

After Peter found the source of the trouble, using the scanner, Peter and Xavier confront Otto in the landscape of their shared mind,he and Xavier dived in Peter's mind to wipe out the connection and Otto's memories, Otto tried to reverse the situation to wipe out Peter and his memories, but Peter then appeared and stated that Otto will not do that and begins to fight back. Xavier and Peter summoned memories of the X-men to attack Otto to defeat him. However, coming prepared, Otto summons the many villains that Peter has fought in his days as Spider-Man. The villains were beaten back by memories of Peter's Avengers team, The X-men and the Defenders. The villains Otto had summoned began to vanish; they are erased from his mind. After calling Otto a monster, Peter removed his clothes to reveal the original Spider-Man costume, claiming he is the true, "Amazing Spider-Man!", Otto replies with a grin saying the world needs a "Superior Spider-Man!" and ripped off his outer skin to reveal a Superior Spider-Man costume. They fight, questioning each other, who deserves to be the true Spider-Man.

Otto began insulting Peter for attempting to be a "friendly neighborhood Spider-Man", and trying hard to make everyone love him, and Xavier joined the battle, bolstering Peter's will to win. Otto fought Xavier for his "richly deserved life", but Xavier pointed out many of Otto's faults. After a long mental struggle, Xavier and Peter then discovered that the Octobot, in addition to swapping their minds, it also connected them as one. With this, Xavier and Peter forced Otto to relive and see his enemy's most suffering experiences and memories both as Spider-Man and Peter Parker. From his Uncle's death, to Gwen Stacy's death to all the heroic actions Peter has done in the many years as Spider-Man, Peter made Otto see the responsibility his power came with by being Spider-Man. Otto looked to Peter and finally gave up. Before he left, He made Peter promise that he should never second guess his actions as a hero again, that he should never give in to lapses in judgement. With that, Otto gifted Peter with his intellect, ensuring Peter would use it to help make the world better as he(Otto) should have done all those years ago...


Lady Death

When Otto left Peter's body, Lady Death appeared again, and took the Otto memory fragment and rejoined the memories with a ghostly Otto. She took him back to Hell's gates. And with that.. The Amazing Spider-Man was here to stay for a few weeks...

Extremis Rebirth

Peter Parker found himself abducted by A.I.M. and his old powers were taken away. he underwent painful reconstructive surgery, Thanks to a somehow alive Maya Hansen, Peter was given a green gem powered by wind. Parker received his orders— Kill those who have seen A.I.M.'s EXTREMIS soldiers. However, what he doesn't realize is that the two witnesses are Tony's sister; Toni Natasha Stark and his "brother" Ben Reilly. Attacking the two along with AIM soldier Brandt, it is here that Peter remembered his humanity, and has an epiphany with regards to what he should do, and the gem restored him to normal. Despite his efforts, Ben was kidnapped by Brandt, Toni comforted him Blaming himself for Ben's disappearance, Parker asked Madam Web about his new powers, only to be left with an answer: "When the War Monger arrives, you and he shall clash." Parker, having now abandoned A.I.M., visited his partner Natasha, who gave him his motorcycle, the Spider-Cycle. He is then able to defeat Brandt once and for all. Toni. He and his brother two Spiders team up after A.I.M. attempted to kidnap Toni and turn her into an EXTREMIS Soldier, which enraged Spider-Man enough to cause him to destroy Savin, They defeat A.I.M.'s lackies at their island base, Spider-Man lead team of heroes go to confront Killian, the team takes on A.I.M.'s soldiers while Spider-Man and Killian went one on one. After trading many thunderous blows, Spider-Man unleashes a powerful kick, finishing off Killian once and for all. Just as Spider-Man and S.H.I.E.L.D. destroy A.I.M.'s base, Iron Man comes with surprising news, "Thanos is coming."

The Unstoppable Spider-Man

Peter laid flowers on a grave for Otto Octavius' body at an unknown cemetery. . His visit is cut short as he receives news via headset transmitter of a new Sinister Six robbing a science building. Peterk swings into action and is a bit amused that such D-List villains (Shocker, Living Brain, Overdrive, the new Beetle, Speed Demon, and Boomerang) get to take the name of the team Ock created.

He then starts beating them until Speed Demon unleashes a super-speed attack full of fists. Peter retreated. Boomerang throws a boomerang at him but he dodges. It curves back and is about to hit an officer. Spider-Man jumps back in to shield the officer with his own body. Boomerang comes up and is about to cut off Spidey's head when he turns around and used his new wind powers to beat them, he put a Spider-Tracer on Boomerang's back.

For some reason, at this revelation, Boomerang decides to leave along with the rest of the Sinister Six and the officers help Spider-Man up. The officer is grateful for the save and asks what he can do for him. He tells him to ship the Living Brain to Stark Tower where an "associate" (i.e. him) can study it.

Back at Stark Tower, Peter looks over his recent shipping of the Living Brain while a kid named Harley looks on in envy. Peter leaves and Tony appears right behind him and asks Harley if he's seen Peter. Tony goes to Peter's lab and asks him about "helping" Spider-Man. The boy began showing him the few of many revolutionary new technologies he's exploring that could be used for peace. Tony is in awe of Peter's work. He congratulates Peter and credits all this to the name Peter Parker. Just then, a girl named Kasumi that he met a few weeks ago calls Peter for their date.

They go to a restaurant and they talk. Kasumi asks why Peter is wearing a headset at the date. He reveals to her that when he let them go, he put a nano-Spider-Tracer into him and that now he can hear and follow where they are. Kasumi is impressed. She asks him why he isn't going after them when he knows where they are. Peter brushes it off as "I know what I'm doing" as Kasumi vows to help when she can.

At dawn the next day, the new Sinister Six break into Stark Tower and steal equipment. They run outside to see the whole building webbed around. They are surprised to see Spider-Man and Kasumi already there. Speed Demon rushes him but Spider-Man pushes the spider on his chest and Demon slips as Kasumi battle The Beetle Spidey comments that he swept the floor outside to coat it with a material to make it instantaneously friction-less. Spider-Man webs a line so that Speed Demon slips into it with his neck as he's slipping to stop him.

The villains are shocked at the brutality as Spidey clicks his spider again. The lights around them turn red. The lights are a power dampening field. The new Beetle collapses as the armor she's wearing is nonfunctional. Shocker's gauntlets are nullified and Overdrive's hijacked Wheel is useless. Spider-Man webs the Wheel vehicle and makes it tumble on Shocker. Norah Winters congratulates Spidey and Boomerang wonders why the press are here. As it turns out, a fanboy employee called them a while ago so that everybody could witness the defeat of the new Sinister Six.

Spider-Man lunges at Boomerang just as the battle reaches its climax, the battle ends with Spider-Man using his Web WhirlWind Kick to end the battle. The officers arrive and are about to cart the team of super-villains away.

Personality

This version of Peter Parker is at first was a joker, and so happy-go lucky, after the events of The Avengers made Peter more responsible and commanding, more of a brave and righteous hero with an indomitable sense of justice and responsibility. This Peter feels he must live up to his father's legacy and finish what he started. He is a brilliant individual, with exceptional skill in practically every field of science, and is an excellent inventor. He is an accomplished chemist and physicist. He possesses enough confidence in this field to invent his trademark webshooters. One of Spider-Man's most prominent traits is his sense of humor. He still cracks jokes but when it comes to serious BIG TIME villains like Magneto, the jokes stop, and the fight is on!

Powers and Equipment


Powers

Spider-Sense: Spider-Man possesses an extrasensory "danger" or "spider" sense which warns him of potential immediate danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in the back of his skull, and links with his superhuman kinesthetics, enabling him to evade most any injuries, unless he cognitively overrides his automatic reflexes. The precise nature of this sense is unknown. It appears to be a simultaneous clairvoyant response to a wide variety of phenomena (everything from falling safes to speeding bullets to thrown punches), which has given several hundredths of a second warning, which is sufficient time for his reflexes to allow him to avoid injury. The sense can also create a general response on the order of several minutes: he cannot discern the nature of the threat by the sensation. He can, however, discern the severity of the danger by the strength of his response to it. Spider-Man's spider-sense is directional and can guide him to or away from hidden weapons and enemies. Sudden and extreme threats can cause his spider-sense to react with painful intensity. Spider-Man can also sense and dodge attacks directed randomly or by a computer. Using his spider-sense to time his enhanced reflexes, Spider-Man can casually dodge attacks up to and including automatic-weapons fire, provided there is sufficient distance. His spider-sense is sufficiently well-linked to his reflexes to the point that a threat can trigger them even when Spider-Man is asleep or stunned. His spider-sense has helped him preserve his secret identity since it alerts him to observers or cameras when changing into or out of his costume. The spider-sense does react to those who Peter does not consider to be a threat. Spider-Man can choose to ignore his spider-sense and distraction or fatigue diminish its effectiveness. Spider-Man's fighting style incorporates the advantage that his "spider-sense" provides him. His body begins to produce more adrenaline after the sense is triggered, an extension of the 'fight or flight syndrome.' A tingling sensation in Peter's skull warns him of danger, where it is coming from and how to avoid it. The stronger the tingling, the more imminent and threatening the danger is. Peter can ignore it through intense concentration, and if he is exhausted or distracted it can lose some effectiveness. This power is passive and not controlled by Peter. However, it seems that this version of Spider-Man's spider-sense is more powerful than any of his alternates as he was able to sense the police heading towards the bridge when the Lizard was going after Ratha all the way from Stacy's building, meaning he can sense danger from literally miles away.

Superhuman Senses: His senses are heightened, specifically his sight as he no longer needs his glasses after the spider bite.

Superhuman Strength: Spider-Man possesses superhuman strength enabling him to press lift approximately 5 tons. Spider-Man's physical strength is sufficient to lift and throw objects as heavy as most standard automobiles with ease. He must also pull his punches and kicks unless fighting someone of similar or greater physical durability. Otherwise, his blows would prove fatal to a normal human being. He has demonstrated that he is strong enough to enable him to knock out people with normal durability with as little as a tap to the head. Spider-Man's physical strength also extends into his legs, enabling him the ability to jump to a height of several stories in a single bound. As Spider-Man has not fully grown to adulthood, he is not as strong as his comic version yet. However, when and if Peter reaches adulthood, it would be assumed that he would be able to lift 10 tons like his adult comic version. Nonetheless, Peter's muscles are stronger and more efficient as a result of the spider's bite. He is shown to be able to easily overpower normal humans, destroy everyday items with one strike such as his alarm clock, shatter the backboard of a basketball hoop in the school gym and doing the same to the front door glass panel at home, pull apart guns, swing at high velocities on a rope or web, and was able to hold a van with one hand while hanging from a web. The van most likely weighs more than 2 tons. Although he appeared to be exerting a lot of effort and it appeared he could not hold on too long. His strength also allows him to jump higher and farther than a normal human, easily capable of jumping from one building over a street to the next his strength is rivaled by the lizard possibly until he reaches adulthood.

Superhuman Speed: Spider-Man can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete, though the exact extent of this speed has yet to be determined. When a car thief tried to take a car, Spider-Man was already in the back. Upon the thief getting out of the car, Spidey was already out of the back seat and behind him he is slightly faster than the lizard.

Superhuman Stamina: Spider-Man's advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This allows him to exert himself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair him. At his peak, Spider-Man can physically exert himself for several hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.

Superhuman Durability: Spider-Man's body is physically tougher and more resistant to some types of injury than the body of a normal human. His body is more resistant to impact forces than anything else. He can withstand great impacts, such as falling from a height of several stories or being struck by a superhumanly strong opponent, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no discomfort. As a result of his mutation, Peter's muscles and flesh are tougher than a normal human. He was capable of sustaining a fall onto a car that broke the windshield without any serious injury or discomfort.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Peter's metabolism is greater thus allowing him to heal faster than a normal human. He is also more immune to toxins and alcohol and drugs will lose their effects quicker. It is unknown if his healing is fast enough to effect his ageing yet or if it ever will possibly from minor injuries he will heal from them in a matter of seconds possibly from serious injuries he will heal from them in a matter of minutes or hours.

Superhuman Agility: Spider-Man's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. Spider-Man is extraordinarily limber and his tendons and connective tissues are twice as elastic as the average human being's, despite their enhanced strength. He has the combined agility and acrobatic prowess of the most accomplished circus aerialists and acrobats. He can also perform any complicated sequence of gymnastic stunts such as flips, rolls, and springs. He can easily match or top any Olympic record at gymnastics apparatus such as flying rings, climbing ropes, horizontal bars, and trampolines. Due to his incredible strength and flexibility, Peter is extremely acrobatic and is able to preform high jumps, somersaults, flips and the like he is slightly more agile than The Lizard.

Superhuman Equilibrium: Spider-Man possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow. He has developed a unique fighting style that has made full use of his agility, strength, and equilibrium.

Superhuman Reflexes: Spider-Man's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about 15 times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with his spider-sense, the speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack, even direct gunfire, if he is far enough away he is slightly more flexible than The Lizard.

Wall-Crawling: Peter has super-strong hairs on his palms and feet that allow him to stick to any surface. This ability appears to be consciously used and is so far limited to Spider-Man's body (especially concentrated in his hands and feet) and another object, with an upper limit of several tons per finger. The full nature of this ability has yet to be established but it seems that like the comic version of the Spider-Man clone Kaine, he is capable of using this combined with his strength to uproot objects from their place without having to fully use his hands such as when he pulled open the back window of a van that he suspend with his webs to save a boy still stuck in the van and he did with ease.

Wind Manipulation: Ever since his upgrade, Peter can control the powers of wind very easily. to create winds of any strength, including tornadoes, and even siphon the air out of others lungs. They are able to generate breezes, squalls, gusts, whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes. He even uses the wind to boost his webs and attacks.

Abilities

Indomitable Will: Spider-Man has a strong force of will, completely free of evil and temptation. He has struggled to balance his life as a student and his superhero duties.

Genius Intellect: Academically gifted, Peter displays an uncanny affinity for science, mathematics, mechanics, biology, and physics. Peter is very smart, specifically in chemistry and physics. He is smart enough to perfect his father's webbing formula and to construct working mechanical web-shooters. He also apparently solves a formula that is key to creating the formula that mutates Curt Connors into the Lizard. He was able to create a device to lock and open his room door through a command switch. Also, upon starting his crime-fighting career, he created a device out of a cell phone to listen to police scans about crimes happening. He is a brilliant individual, with exceptional skill in practically every field of science, and is an excellent inventor. He is an accomplished chemist and physicist. He possesses enough confidence in this field to invent his trademark webshooters and his intellect was augmented thanks to a ghostly Doc Ock.

Skilled Photographer: Peter takes excellent pictures

Skilled Acrobat: Thanks to his great strength and phenomenal equilibrium, Peter is an excellent athlete, excelling in all gymnastic fields and being able to perform every acrobatic stunt ever performed, including others that can never be performed by even an Olympic acrobat. Due to his superhuman physical abilities, Peter easily surpasses normal acrobats and is able to preform somersaults, flips, spins, cartwheels, etc.
Skilled Combatant: Thanks to Peter's amazing superhuman physiology, acrobatic powers and spider sense, he is an excellent hand-to-hand combatant using a fighting style derived from his spider-like abilities, he made his own street style that could rival virtually any combatant out of sheer volatility to standard fighting techniques (e.g. webbing, wall crawling, super strength to lift heavy objects, etc.) Using a mixture of his superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, speed, equilibrium, Spider-sense, and web-shooters, Peter is able to utilize an devastating acrobatic fighting style that makes him a formidable opponent and allowed him to easily take down thugs, cops (be it regular officers or SWAT officers) and even the more physically powerful Lizard.

Web-Slinging: Peter uses his web-shooters to travel by swinging on web-lines. Combined with his spider abilities, he can move at amazing speeds throughout the urban chasms of Manhattan. It is unknown how fast but he seems to be able to cover much of the city in a considerable amount of time.

Advanced Tactician and Strategist:Thanks to Captain America's lessons, Peter is able to formulate battle strategies and his brilliant tactical sense allows him to alter any strategy to fit the changing need of the situation. A prime example is when he formulated the plan during the Chitauri assault on New York, first in organizing first responders to protect the civilian population, and then re-deploying other members of The Avengers to best defend the city with their limited resources (even the usually anti-authoritarian Tony Stark recognizes Parker tactical abilities and accepts his assignment).

Artificial Lungs: Due to his upgrade, Peter can recycle oxygen for two hours when in space or in water.

Air Manipulation: Peter can manipulate air molecules to create winds of any strength, including tornadoes, and even siphon the air out of others' lungs. Peter is able to generate breezes, squalls, gusts, whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes.

Equipment

Web-Shooters: Parker's brilliance at physical science allowed him to create web-shooters for use when he became Spider-Man. The twin devices worn on his wrists are able to shoot thin strands of a special "web fluid" at high pressure. Spider-Man's webs can be used to ensnare and immobilize his opponents. Also, Spider-Man moves through locations by shooting a web-line and attaching it to an object (most often a building). He then swings, shoots another web-line, attaches it, and repeats the process. It appears to be able to hold more than,one web cartridge in case more is needed.

Power Cosmic: The Power Cosmic is the name of a vast source of limitless godly cosmic energy and power primarily wielded by the god-like cosmic entity Galactus. The Power
Cosmic allows Galactus to employ the available absorbed cosmic energies within him to produce nearly any effect he desires, including size-alteration, the molecular restructuring and transmutation of matter, the teleportation of objects—even entire galaxies—across space and time, the creation of force fields, the creation of interdimensional portals, telepathy, telekinesis, and cosmic awareness on a universal scale. Galactus has even been shown as capable of creating sentient life, resurrecting the dead, manipulating mortal souls and remaking dead worlds—including their populations—in every detail. However, Peter possess a certain measure of the Power Cosmic that must be used in the most extreme circumstances only.

Web Fluid: A shear-thinning liquid, virtually solid until a shearing force is applied to it, rendering it fluid, whose exact formula remains unknown, but is rumored to be related to nylon. The web line’s tensile strength is estimated to be 120 pounds per square millimeter of cross section. Looking at his father's research, Peter was able to perfect a fluid that mimicked a spider's webbing, although it was much stronger.

Spider-Man Suit: Using his knitting skills Peter crafts a costume that would make him mobile but however does not offer much in terms of protection as it can tear easily by
impact with objects and more. later on, it was reinforced with Kevlar, Beta Cloth, and Nomex, and after Peter's nanotech power up, the suit is able to transform into other Spider-Suits. After he nearly died, his suit was given the Extremis upgrade and mysteriously has given him wind powers.

Spider-Cycle: The Spider-Cycle is especially made for Spider-Man to reach a point at a faster rate and relieves sustained muscle strength from his reliable use of slinging with his web shooters. When not used for saving the world, Peter uses it as his ride. Its civilian form is a red 2013 Honda cbr1000rr Fireblade.

Cyclone Punch: Peter can project air around his fists to increase his punch's powers.

Web Punch: Peter can wrap his fists in Webbing and barrage them with punches
Air Wall: Like any Wind-hero, Peter can create a gust of wind to protect himself from lasers and rubble.

Typhoon Kick: Like his Cyclone Punch, Peter can create a miniature typhoon around his legs as he kicks at his opponent.

Air Aura: Peter can coat himself in air allowing him to propel himself into the air for flight or hover for a moderate duration and by spinning the air around him, he can defend against and return most projectile to close range attacks. He rarely uses this move because it feels lazy.

Web Whirlwind Kick: After a monster or villain is weakened from fighting, Peter jumps up high into the air or jumps back into the air, a whirling red and blue web made of wind will coat itself around his foot. His foot will hit the foe and the enemy will explode.

I was asked to draw Spider-Man's sometime partner Black Cat similar to how I'd rendered her in a previous illustration (found here: [link]. For a character I actually quite like, I don't draw her nearly enough so I guess thanks are in order to ~Dhoomk22 for commissioning me to do so. Black Cat has really always been my only reason for checking out Spider-Man material as I find her vivacious and totally captivating. She's just fifty shades of fierce! Of course, I'm far from being an expert on the character since I have large holes in my knowledge of her and would like to read more but am never quite sure where I want to start. Still, I do like Black Cat quite a bit. My goal here was to keep Ms. Felicia Hardy looking like her usual stunning self and I really wanted to elongate her body in a way that would create interest as well as be a little different from the standard poses I do where every attractive heroine is standing with her legs out with one in a "high heel" pose. Something else I tried here was I went for a more magnetic colour scheme for the border in background in that it's fairly bright which contrasts her appearance. She's essentially black-and-white so I wanted to reference her icy blue eyes and plump pink lips in the background. Overall, I'm fairly pleased with how she came out.
